Dubai and all in GCC are nasty places with nasty people and super hot weather. GCC will become unlivable in a few more decades due to global warming.ya, spl the new online ones.. jinke paas relatively recently internaat aaya hai and that's their only window to the world outside, and a bit of spare cash to travel to Thailand type.. very cringe lot. Completely jahil, but then they don't know any better, the hope is ki eventually sudhar jayenge.
South East Asian countries are your best options to get out of the country on the cheap and party, traditionally it was Dubai etc where they still go but that's not a party place.. udhar gold shopping karne jaate, and for a change.. but those mulls are strict AF, they'll jail you for joint, daaru is not everywhere everywhere, conservative scene.. so Thailand is a no brainer, sasta bhi hai.. legal thukai vi kar sagde !
If you're straight edge like, matlab no nashabaazi at all.. or if you're a corporate go-getter type with a plush deal, finance or oil exec something.. Dubai is pretty nice. Indian musalmans zyada pasand karte hai that type of scene (not talking about the slave labour construction guys) .. its fully Islamic, and nice clean, rich..
