I miss the Gunny. We talked about the shows he had on The History Channel at the time and we shot together both up at Camp Perry as well as Ben Avery in Phoenix.

He was a HEAVY smoker. That's what killed him. Was still a tough old Marine even in his 70s.

I had an Indian friend in college who used to have a personal Yoga teacher in India. (He was from a very wealthy family, went to Doon School and all.)

He said that the advanced stages of Raja Yoga require a personal teacher because they go into advanced mental exercises which can destroy your mind if not guided properly.
