Why do Americans seem to have special privileges on this forum?

For example, @F-22Raptor spams the Russia Ukraine thread with low quality tweeter posts and he never gets speedlimited a single time. This is what I'm talking about. What's with the rules for thee but not for me when it comes to Americans?

I see he has received a few warnings too.

Maybe he never received enough warnings at a given time as you need at least 4 points to get banned or 3 for speedlimited.

I just warn the post and not the person who posted to be honest. I rarely read the name when pressing the warn button.
