Why Doesn't China Speak English?

That is the dumbest post. If you mean natural in the sense that these nations current form were formed by war and conquering then that is pretty much how 90%+ of all nations on earth were "naturally formed."
USA is not a nation, the dumbest post would be consider any else thing.

USA is a sum of nations from migrant descents.

It's not a bad thing, or criticism, it's just a description.

The most modern town in Europe is older than the oldest thing in USA.

USA has no own things that defines a nation, it's just the sum and copy of the people who migrated from real nations in the past to USA.

USA is a modern Babylon.

You mean the ethnic asian living in the area called PRC? That doesn't mean china has been around 1000 years it just means ethnic asians have been around that region for a very long time and in that region has had many countries come and gone. The region called the US has had ethnic "natives" for 1000 years too and many nations were created and fallen and then just like 90%+ of all nation wars broke out and conquerors came and now you have PRC and USA. See how natural this cht is?
I mean China as the universal idea of the statehood for the people with shared social and cultural background with thousands of years of continous civilisation which still dominate in today's land region. Are you just trying to be dumb or really that dumb?

China developed from one of the poorest shitholes in the world to one of the most advanced powers in less than one generation without speaking English. There's no motivation for the Chinese people to learn English.
Yeah, but everybody in China knows and uses latin alphabet and arabic numbers.

Not only Chinese, but also Japanese, South Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai

Even Chinese professional ( high level jobs) with high education level working in Indonesia, have poor English

For artificial countries like US and India, English is the unifying force to hold those fake countries together. China is an old civilisation, with natrually formed culture and statehood, English as a cohesion force isn't needed here.
Just stop with it, ok?

Seriously.

Two differet matters, I don't say western countries are fake countries, Britain, Germany , France are all naturally formed nations, US is not, and US doesn't mean all western world.
Which Germany are you referring to? Germany as it exists today did not come into existence until 1871.

German nations living in the general location of today's Germany for thousands of years with shared cultural and linguistic bond, America, at least so far, is not a nation with those characteristics generally used to define a true nation.

My point still stands. Germany, as a nation, did not come into existence until 1871. Prior to that, it was a conglomeration of a loose confederation of states that shared a common language. That confederation began to take shape around 1815 but it was still a confederation that grew until the founding of the empire in 1871.

For that matter, doesn't China itself have a similar history if you dig back far enough?

So every single country in the Americas suddenly doesn't count as a nation in your wacky logic?

There's over 1 Billion people in this hemisphere...oh and add Australia too.

When did you fools decide you could name the rules?

You guys are amazing.

Your entire argument is around Westphalian definition of state which by itself is a modern Western concept.

Defined people living in defined boundaries ruled by a definitive sovereign is a relatively modern concept (1600-1650s). Every current nation was a loose federation or a hodge podge of different kingdoms at a time.

Modern nation states are a relatively newer concept. They did not exist in this form previously.
