As the situation continues to deteriate across the UK, Canada and US. Some minorities have migrated to other lands. The issue with Pakistan is education, jobs security and economy all of which are unstable. During my holiday I met a young fella, an educated university graduate stood along a busy road in Pindi selling household accessories on his portable table, he told me jobs were very difficult to find, this was 2022.
Today Pakistan continues to witness a massive exodus and brain drain with educated folks flocking to the Gulf states, southeast Asia and unfortunately the doomed west.
Lets be realistic, is it actually worth moving back to Pakistan?

Most Pakistani degree holders don't even know the basic concepts of their field of education, otherwise there are enough opportunities for skilled workers.

I work in R&D and we constantly face EE grads who can't differentiate between BJT and MOSFET, or making a basic circuit to drive a relay with transistor etc. Pakistani universities do not have any check and balance from HEC, they just sell degrees for money with extra steps.
