XAC H-20 stealth bomber - development & news

I know and I always highly appreciate being careful ...

But the point is, what is the common consensus at the moment regarding these images & videos and as long as none of the credible Weibo posters repost it or "confirm" it, I remain sceptical.
There is no other news of any persuasive or credible nature.

Based on multiple observations and analyses, there is one theory that is relatively easy to accept.

The H-20 should have been ready a few years ago.
However, China's related technology developed too fast, and PLAAF senior management thought the original H-20 was not in line with the positioning of future war. Thus, XAC had to rethink the H-20 program.
This phenomenon is exactly the same as the current CV-18. the original design of the CV-18 was a steam catapult program. The two catapults were developed in parallel and passed land tests at the same time. The PLAN suspended the construction of the CV-18 and continued to build the CV-18 after changing the original steam catapult program to an electromagnetic catapult program.

As for the status of the H-20, we can only continue to wait.

These are just analyses and are not informative.

the design looks outdated

there is little use for a subsonic missile truck like this

I agree, the subsonic flying wing design seems outdated now, especially if the potential performance of the "J36" is anything to go by. I would expect the H20 to potentially be a larger version of the J36, maybe four engines, supercruise at >Mach 1.

Official agencies dispel rumors!
All the H-20 models currently circulating on the Internet are counterfeit!
The company that issued this statement is a direct subsidiary of AVIC. They are the only companies authorized by AVIC to design, produce, and sell AVIC simulation models.

It has been debunked on Chinese social media. The video was fake.

I hope to see the real one soon but that's not it.

You should avoid him, he is spreading any rumour - often like here spiced up with false imagery - as facts!

But maybe this is something related:

H-20 maybe bomb bay from patent - 1.jpgH-20 maybe bomb bay from patent - 2.jpg

A recently published academic paper from China features a model similar to the large aircraft configuration previously hinted at in official PLA videos.

The paper originates from the China Aircraft Strength Research Institute.

Special note:
I am not implying anything, nor am I expressing any definitive opinion.

I am merely speculating that this paper might be related to the topic of this thread, and nothing more.

But isn't this one not more likely an UAV?

According to at least one reliable source, the H-20 has undergone multiple taxiing tests.
