A few of those legit videos were not of the H-20 but some UAVs with flying wing or cranked kite planforms.

I saw the clip of the takeoff of a large strategic stealth bomber with many XAC employees standing near the runway.

These clips were leaked in Bytedance's app 今日头条 during the first public appearance of the J36 and J-50, but it didn't go viral like the 6th gen fighters.

That would have been around December 2024. If that is the case, it doesn't align well with the current leaks telling us the maiden flight is happening around now.

I understand CPC and PLA keep their strategic weapons under wraps. Even CJ-1000 which isn't strategic ranged, was kept under wraps except for the general size of the missile and the knowledge that it's air breathing (whether scramjet or continuous detonation is still unknown).

H-20 is much more secretive than J-36 and J-50 due to the strategic nature of the platform. No different to DF-51/61 and the FOBS/intercontinental HGV weapon which weren't even allowed to participate as TELs and launchers in the parade. This still doesn't align with the evidence we have from reputable leakers who do not say H-20 flew in December 2024.

Most likely the prototype 1 as the US intel has pointed out that China is very likely intending to show off the more refined prototype 2.

And we could very likely find out by the end of this month how the real H-20 look like.
