Never in history has air power won wars or soften targets. We saw this during WW2, Vietnam War, Iraq 2, Serbia, Iran, and in Yemen.

Only exception was 1990/1991 Iraq war where the Iraqi forces literally sat in open deserts allowing consistent bombings of their positions which didn’t dent their combat power.

Yemen received massive bombings from 2014 to today, and they are still there. Bombing a mountainous country isn’t going to degrade anything. You need combat troops on the ground willing to fight and die.

The Saudis and UAE also tried that and failed. Their forces kept suffering defeats hence why Houthis are waging a conventional warfare on multiple fronts.

Either you’re a silly and R3tarded troll, or you really don’t have a fkn clue and just a mouth breath sucking up the white man’s air.

They can be subdued by a combined economic and military push. Internal fracturism within the Houthis can be exploited.

Jordan base that got hit had multiple aircraft damaged, many of which were involved in taking out ballistic launch capacity, and has interceptor sites as well. Best to degrade it before targeting Israel further downrange.

yep thats what i am saying despite interception they did a very well job on base
but why not to israel it simple

tbey have the capability and next country is their arch rival just hit them.

The aircraft 😄. You want to launch as many ballistics as possible without them taking out your launchers. Midget king of Jordan had that base up for Ops. Its prime target to reduce risks to your TELs.

Got it thats good and logical but they have all the capability to attack israel why not go them and hot them why wait and let enemy to prepare for strike?
Bhai its simple for me i think they have some sort of understanding not to attack each other .

It's quite pathetic that Saudi Arabia has still not built up a massive domestically produced arsenal of rockets and ballistic missiles. Instead, it has historically relied heavily on imported Chinese ballistic missiles, some of which were acquired decades ago.

Now, almost four decades after acquiring its first Chinese ballistic missiles, Saudi Arabia appears to have finally used a Chinese DF-15A in combat.
