People in this video are worshipping in the direction of Mecca. That is why people in front of this mini kaaba like prop are praying away from it and the same with the people at the sides. Props like these are often used in demonstrations or for kids educational purposes.

My local masjid usually rents out a huge cardboard box once a year and paints it like the Kaaba as part of their course to teach children the Umrah and Tawaf rituals. Moron wahhabis would probably level accusations against those kids as well.
