I read the article. I read your assertion. I didn't find anywhere in article that Israeli port has been bankrupted? it is just talking about a present threat that "can" happen.

What the zionists want in the middle east is constant conflict and constant disunity. The moment we get the mecca pact, the houthis are unleashed on the saudis. Its no coincidence.
