Interestingly enough, many would argue that all parties employ means that are morally questionable.

I know, I know...Houthis help Palestinians. But this "help" produced no benefit whatsoever for the intended recipients. And now, if we are to believe prevailing reports, USA has a non-aggression pact with Houthis.

It is high time that ALL of us who are concerned for the welfare of civilised and functional nation states in the region start realising there is no quick fix to the region's ills.

My friend, civilians of KSA are our redline. They won't be targeted in any case.
Secondly, attack on KSA is a reaction not an aggression against the kingdom. A consequence of imposing famine and blockade on a whole nation.

Moreover Palestine is an issue of humanity not only Muslims.

P.S. there is no non-aggression pact/agreement between Yemen and USA. Ansarullah has warned USA, if Americans take part in massacring of Yemenis, Ansarullah will close the strait.

Houthis and Iraqi PMF both have capabilities to keep shutting down oil pipelines and pumping stations. If war persists they can cut Saudi money tremendously as Saudi is completely reliant on oil/gas/tourism.

Houthis now even attacking Yanbu which is where the east west pipeline ends. Even though china has a lot of investments in yanbu, i say fk it some things are worth more than money.

Yemeni forces say Houthis using Iran-supplied air defence weapons which pose threat to civilian aircraft​

Brigadier General Majed al-Nazili, the official spokesperson for the Yemeni Government Forces, has said that the Houthis are utilising Iranian air defence weapons that pose a danger to all aircraft travelling through local and international airspace.

Al-Nazili said the weapons were modified with the assistance of experts from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and were being used to target warplanes and cruise missiles launched from Yemeni territory.

“These Houthi weapons pose a serious threat to international flight paths over the Red Sea and operate using a heat-tracking system,” al-Nazili said in a post on social media.

“The weapons employed are capable of attacking military or civilian targets without the ability to distinguish between them, thereby endangering the safety of civil aviation and the lives of passengers.”

Al-Nazili said that aircraft belonging to the UN, humanitarian and relief organisations travelling via air routes over Yemen and the region could also potentially be in danger.

“Threatening the airspace over the southern Red Sea – and turning it into a danger zone for civilian aircraft and passengers – represents an escalation that goes beyond the scope of Yemeni airspace safety alone,” he said.

Using “Iranian weapons from Yemeni territory poses a direct threat to international air navigation routes and cannot be considered a purely domestic Yemeni issue,” said al-Nazili.

“We call upon the international community, the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to take urgent and decisive action.”

So I’m not big on false flag or conspiracy theories but man if a plane falls out the sky the next week I’m calling BS I don’t recall Houthis ever treating civilian travel even regarding Israelis Saudi Arabia or uae etc
