In a meeting with military and security leaders, ministers, and governors, Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Leadership Council, stated: We have completed the constitutional process related to the general mobilization, which is not merely a mobilization of fighters, but rather a comprehensive national mobilization of human, material, and moral resources, and enhancing the capacity of state institutions, the armed forces, and security to fulfill their duties.
He praised the prompt and responsible response from the House of Representatives to the request to declare general mobilization, appreciating the legislative institution's fulfillment of its national and constitutional responsibilities during this exceptional phase, and what this response reflected in terms of awareness of the magnitude of the challenges, determination to unify state institutions and their energies in confronting the looming threats to the country, and protecting the republic and its national gains.
The safe return includes everyone who takes the initiative to leave the militias and their Imamate project, and to cease fighting or working on their behalf, in accordance with the announced constitutional and legal guarantees and procedures, including the settlement of the status of members of the armed forces and security and the preservation of their legal rights.

Turkish vehicles have arrived in Yemen... 
Turkish media: A number of Turkish armored vehicles and tanks have been delivered to the Yemeni army.(Kirpi, Vuran, and Otokar Cobra)
These are standard armored vehicles exported by Turkey – this will be a major development, as they are mine-resistant and have been tested in Syria and Libya.
As we have said before and reiterated, Yemen is the first testing ground for the Mecca Alliance.
