well regardless of casualties(not belittling the civilians injured or killed not agree with the attack) but it shows you Saudi Arabia has become fairly defenseless against attacks on its territory Americans aren’t rushing to protect them like they did with Israel but I honestly keep repeating this but what does 70 billion dollars buy nowadays

Saudi is massive country, lets be realistic providing a 100% cover to all their vital infrastruce with interceptors ain't gonna happen. Besides this airport is designated as a civilian airport and operating at peak Umrah season, there is ZERO military objective for targeting it.

The only reason the Saudis miscalculated that the Houthis would target it, is that they forget they are dealing with a militia and not a national entity that has to follow some rules of engagement.

It's not about belittling the deceased or the injured, the fact is regardless which side your bread is buttered human empathy is important, failure to articulate basic human empathy for such atrocious acts will only lead to hardening opinions.

Frankly this entire thing is a total mess and one I do not see any extraction from anytime soon. Anyone who thinks there is a simple "reset" button to this is being deluded.

If you look at history, you'll notice that Muslims are their own worst enemies. To this day I can't get my head around as to why we love killing each other?!?! Middle East has never truly experienced long term peace - deep down we all know why but most are probably too afraid to say it out loud.

Oh absolutely brother, we all know about western double standards. Pakistan has had its fair share of this, one day we are the HQ of terrorism and the next day we are the bastion of Anti-Terrorism. Likely a dual national. Its Umrah season a lot of people visiting for Umrah, whilst airports near the holy cities are not targeted what most people don't understand is that Riyadh is a transit hub for people who visit KSA for Umrah as you can see in these CCTV grabs:

It appears Houthi industrial capacity is larger than people assumed. I think intelligence communities assumed they wasted lots of their missiles on Gaza and lost lots of weapons during US strikes in Yemen.

I don't think they're targeting Saudi airports and so forth just for military gains they might have an idealogical motive behind what they're doing, particularly against current Saudi government

This is not Taiz and is very clearly Gaza city (I know my home and remember this exact video, you can clearly see the Gaza city towers in the video). What's with the relentless fake reporting in this conflict ?
