Yemen Civil War News and Discussion.. an evolving situation

Then your definition of answering my question is far different from mine. I asked a straightforward question: why wasn't he over there fighting alongside the Houthis if he so pro-war.

His answer was gobbledy-gook.

It's funny how some people appear to be pro this and pro that, including war, until it comes time to actually do it.

So yes, his response to my straightforward questions remains a fantastic non-answer.
It was my fault i replied to him again I thought maybe my run on sentences got the best of me I also have this joker on ignore not for comments against me but because of his posts are just toxuc and silly

A witness from #Sanaa reveals widespread tribal rejection of mobilization with the #Houthi militia, swearing by solemn oaths to confirm it, pointing out that #Taiz has drained the militia and exhausted it!

It seems the hour of truth is approaching…

Houthis seize key districts leading to strategic mountain overlooking Taiz

By Yousef Mawry
Reporting from Sanaa, Yemen
Fighting in Taiz has intensified in recent days as Houthi forces try to encircle the city. They have captured some of the districts leading to Jebel Sabar – the mountain that overlooks the city – and which puts the Houthis in an elevated position to monitor roads and incoming military traffic. Taking the mountain would give them a strategic military advantage to take over the city, without needing a ground presence in the city itself.

According to reports, the fighting has mainly been in the southwestern part of the city, where government forces have been trying to reclaim territory. They have also had Saudi air support, which has bombarded Houthi positions in southwestern Taiz.

The UN says that the humanitarian situation in the city is deteriorating day by day, as food and medical supplies are prevented from entering by the deteriorating conditions. The UN warned there is very little flour and wheat left; cooking gas is hard to find and fuel prices are increasing.

The Houthis have reportedly called on government forces in Taiz to peacefully surrender, but clashes are still taking place. If government forces lose control of Taiz, it will be a major backbreaker, because Taiz is considered a major stronghold for the government in the country’s south.

Man looking pretty good on that one sided bet looking like Al Jazeera is about to call it for the Houthis in this round of fighting

Looks like Egypt might be joining the fray as well

Urgent | Egyptian President: Egypt, in accordance with the directives of #King_Salman and his Crown Prince, will implement any measure requested by #SaudiArabia to defend its security and sovereignty

MBS is not scared by attacks from Ansarallah but HE is terrified of being “ removed by his opponents at home. If it comes it will come from within the House if SAUD, MBS idiot has stepped on ALOT of toes on his rise, and now the money is disappearing… well…not much use now are you MBS.

Wonder if Sissi is going to collect the bill in advance or after the service is rendered.

#BREAKING_NOW | Field sources:

Sharp disagreements and internal splits among the leadership of the Ansar Allah group in #Sanaa, following the heavy field losses it suffered from the Yemeni Armed Forces, amid a media blackout by the group to contain this rift.

they started to release now prisoners because they failed to recruit. lmao releasing petty thief who will probably escape once he reaches the battlefied and untrained

...................................................................................................................

To compensate for the bleeding of its fighters, the Houthi militia releases prisoners in #Sanaa and pushes them to the combat fronts in #Taiz!

Continuous human hemorrhage.. and desperate attempts to plug the losses on the fronts!

KSA, UAE and Qatar have one thing Iran doesn't have - money and economic influence.

Supporting them means blns of $ in investment, loans and stuff. Iran doesn't have anything comparable.

Cairo has learned its Painful lessons from past mistake of it’s intervention in Yemen. I believe Egyptian Army was sent in 1962 you committed roughly 70,000 troops, but they became bogged down in a quagmire fighting in that difficult mountain terrain . The war, often called “Nasser’s Vietnam,” dragged on until Egypt withdrew in 1967 and cost it an estimated 10,000 to 26,000 soldiers it also drained Egypt’s finances and weakened its military, leaving it poorly prepared for the Six- Day War that same year … 😔

No sympathy at all. When you strike at people who was going to pray and came for praying at airport purposely than you cannot cry. This is the least results otherwise any other country would have directly blasted houses and killed families and along with the official personal like Israle did to Iran and Iran is afraid to target Israel which started it.
And Wahabbists have been doing this since 2009.
Dont act as they are innocent bystanders.
Its just that the defenceless (Yemenis) have started to hit back now and Saudi cries are reaching sky high.

I see this conflict to be soon over once the Al Saud establishment is taken to the gallows and Hejaz put under an international Muslim control.
There is no other way to end this conflict.

And dont throw this defense of Haramain in our faces.

These Al Saud/Ale Sheikh criminals treasonously snatched control of Mecca and Medina from the Ottomans. They also rested it from Mamluks, who took it from Ayyubis, who took it from Fatimids, who took it from Abbasids, who took it from Ummayads.

So its not that Hejaz did not ever changed hands.

And Yazeed ibn Muawiye had the Kaaba shelled with Trebuchets and damaged it, put horses in the Prophet's mosque.

Houthis are literally saints when it comes to those hideous characters from the Islamic history.

For us Pakistanis:
Yeh chouthe mohallay ki larai hai aur is main kodna khud hamain tabah kar day ga.
