Phrases of warning about retaliation and escalation, which we were accustomed to hearing, have disappeared.

The statement focused on proving the Houthis' readiness for negotiations and revealing their agreement to a five-day de-escalation mediated by Oman.

And most intriguingly, this shift coincides with the Houthis refraining from claiming some attacks that the coalition announced it intercepted. Have military pressures begun to push the Houthis to seek a political exit without announcing a retreat? Or is it merely a maneuver to buy time?
