Yemen's Houthis(ansarallah), have advanced to within 80 km of Aden, four military sources told Reuters on Monday.

The advance brings the Houthis closer to Aden than at any other time since the early months of the war in 2015, when they briefly entered the city before being driven out.

The heroes of the First Brigade of Emergency Forces in Al-Jawf Governorate, after taking control of the Houthi militia sites in Al-Jawf, from today are combing the areas.

Al-Jawf Governor Amin Al-Ukaymi calls on sheikhs and sons of the governorate who have joined the militia to defect and return to the ranks of the government forces.

Al-Ukaymi pledges to compensate those defecting from the militia, restore their properties, and provide them with protection.

Al-Ukaymi reveals communications through intermediaries with sheikhs and sons of Al-Jawf in the ranks of the militia, and confirms achieving positive results that he will announce soon.

Al-Jawf Governor rules out any negotiations with the militia except for negotiating the handover of the capital Sana'a.

Al-Ukaymi affirms the direction to recover all areas under the control of the militia.
