I dont think anyone is doubting the capabilities of the Western forces especially the US

in open sea conventional warfare USN will sink everyone from 100s of miles away

for example if Egypt join this war they would be smoke in 24 hours like Saddam's army

the resistance knows this very well which is why they are fighting unconventional warfare in close combat

unless you are Russia and you have a protected industrial base where you can out build your enemy everyone else has to go unconventional

its unconventional warfare in a convention sense and this is clearly troubling the Western forces who for decades have spent trillions to secure waterways and here they are struggling to control Bab Al Mandab by a few orphans who are making weapons in their basement

I said it long time all Western nations can only bomb from the air but at some point you need boots on the ground to control the land

and for ground fighting you need REAL Men like Russians, Palestinians, Iranian and Taliban

West has no real men they have relied for decades on advanced warfare

the world has changed and its time the West realise this because they are only digging themselves a bigger hole

the aura of invincibility has long been diminished by wars in Iraq and Afghanistan

what was left was taken by Russia in Ukraine

and make matters worse Palestinians after 100 days forced the Israelis to retreat without rescuing single hostage

Russia and China are now too strong

The warfare tactics are indeed changing as you mention. All sides will adapt accordingly I am sure.

I agree Western nations need to to adapt but it will take time

new weapons like drones + grenades and even now stealth drones and hypersonic missiles are causing havoc

and even now we have ballistic missiles which can change course mid flight and make sharp turns before impact which cost less than $100,000

SM3 is $10 million a pop and even SM-6 interceptor is around $5 million a launch

economic viability has to be taken into account too
