Yemen Civil War News and Discussion.. an evolving situation

Hegseth is still an idiot. About time you replace him lol.

The US has an extremely competent military command hierarchy that offsets Hegseths idiocy.

The standard the US has set for military operations is incredible though. People expect 100% perfection. If the US loses a couple aircraft, the US has “ lost” and should be “embarrassed.” In a way it’s flattering

There is lots of shipping activity in that area . Just not any of the ships who are linked to Israel as the blockade is still working as intended.
Perhaps but who knows what is passing through. The US does not need Red Sea but Europe. Heavy shipping activity can also complicate naval operation(s) because navy ships need to avoid collisions.

You can see the shipping through here, if you look at when ships approach Yemen there AIS shows things like all Chinese crew all Turkish crew etc etc since they are friendly with yemen.

Compared to the 90s? The US lost aircraft in both Desert Storm and Serbia.🤣

US GDP is 3X larger than in 1999. As a share of global GDP, only 1997-99 would rank higher than 2025.

The US is as strong as it’s ever been.
Everyone except MAGA agreed US can't not be compared with itself in 90s in anyway, allies loyalty wise, the manufacturing wise, but MAGA always endless wins, no surprise, "US is in her prime under the great leadership of Donald Trump!"

The Trump administration didn't consult the Congress nor the American people about this offensive war on a impoverished country.

That was undergone because Israel requested it. It's disturbing that a foreign nation can summon us to war whenever it seeks. We're losing money and weapons and look absolutely evil bombing Yemeni people that tried to stop the genocide in Gaza.

This relationship with Israel will be the end of us if we don't repent.

Ghost ships are a phenomena now. The biggest fleets are being run by the Russians and the Iranians and to a lesser extent by the Indians:

Interesting indeed. Seems like the UAE are stopping yemeni terrorist groups from advancing and using the somalia as tool to spy on the houthis. I dont agree with africans being used in any way shape or form in this war at All. It aint our fight but we do recognise your struggles. Nor should their land be used.

Their country should remain neutral in this war. At the end of the day the red sea is shared between africa and asia and I dont think souring the relationship of 2 countries that are directly adjacent to each other is a good idea.

Well... 2 Super Hornets, hitting a CVN in the Red Sea and at least 20 reapers...
Make Pompeo great again!!!.
He can fix it in 2 days. 🤔

The longer this US campaign drags on the more apparent the looming defeat of the US.

It’s come to a point now that the US has lost its deterrent and intimidation value.

Everyone’s watching this go down and I bet Irans having a good chuckle……😝
