Moskvich-8 will go on sale next week
Moskvich 8 crossover will become available next week. According to Autonews, the exact release date has not been announced, but a source familiar with the situation confirmed that the novelty will go on sale soon.

Moskvich 8 features a massive radiator enclosure integrated with LED front optics, as well as a characteristic line of rear diode optics along the entire trunk. Externally, Moskvich 8 is a copy of the Chinese JAC Sehol X8 Plus crossover.

The start of production and sales of the novelty was significantly delayed compared to the originally announced dates. Recall that release of the model, presented in April 2024, was launched only at the beginning of the current year.

The electronic stability control has been implemented in three GAZ models
The electronic stability control has begun to be installed on Gazelle NEXT, Gazelle NN and Sobol NN vehicles with rear driving wheels. Currently, it has already been implemented on all-metal vans, combi and buses, and beginning August it will also become available for dropside trucks.

The introduction of electronic stability control (ESC) is an important step in improving the active safety of light commercial vehicles. The system helps to maintain handling on slippery surfaces, automatically correcting the vehicle behavior during skidding and critical maneuvers. For vehicles used with a full load or on routes with variable road conditions, the ESC reduces the risk of accidents and increases stability on the road.

The ESC system includes a complex of active safety subsystems, which includes ABS (anti-lock braking system), ASR (anti-slip regulation), BAS (brake assist system), EBD (electronic brake distribution), HSA (hill start assist). In addition, when driving on slippery roads and diagonal suspension of the drive wheels, the ESC performs the function of simulating the differential lock mechanism, slowing down the slipping wheel. The anti-lock braking system and the electronic brake distribution have already been used on the Gazelle and Sobol model ranges, while the remaining systems have complemented the equipment of vehicles as part of the ESC.
