Jetour T1 was brought to Russia
The new Jetour T1 crossover has arrived in Russia, but it has not yet been delivered to dealers.

T1 is a completely new model for the Russian market, superficially similar to the previous version – T2. The novelty is 79 mm shorter, 39 mm narrower and 35 mm lower than T2.

The top version of the new model includes 9 speakers, heating, ventilation and massage of the front seats, wireless charging, rear differential lock, voice assistant, adaptive cruise control and a road sign recognition system. The power plant in the Chinese version is represented by 1.5-liter 184-HP petrol engine coupled with 7-speed robotized gear box, 2-liter 254-HP petrol engine coupled with 8-speed automatic gear box or a hybrid unit with a total capacity of 375 HP with front or all-wheel drive.

The exact dates of start of sales and the novelty cost have not yet been disclosed.

Three BAIC novelties will enter the Russian market in the second half of 2025
The Chinese BAIC plans to strengthen its model range in Russia in the second half of 2025 by expanding the BJ off-road series.

So, in the near future, BAIC BJ60 diesel-powered frame SUV will enter the market. It is equipped with 2.0-liter turbocharged engine coupled with a 48-volt starter generator and 8-speed automatic gear box.

BAIC is also preparing the premieres of two more SUVs, but details about them have not yet been provided.

AvtoVAZ may introduce the remote engine start system in LADA cars
The remote engine start system may appear on LADA cars, according toArtem Bakhrakh, director of AvtoVAZ digital services project.

The remote engine start system is supposed to be integrated into the LADA Connect application, presented together with the new LADA Iskra. At the moment, according to Mr. Bakhrakh, the remote engine start system is in a high state of readiness and "the systems are being fine-tuned."

In addition, AvtoVAZ is expanding the functionality of voice control, in particular, the ability to use voice to open the trunk or turn on the light.
