Returning from a successful test flight in a restored OH-13S, April 1976, Brig LA Bokhari & Lt. Col Sher Khan. Upon taking command of EME 199 Workshop, only 1 OH-13S was in flyable condition, Lt. Col Sher Khan mobilized his men to successfully restore the remaining 10 to flyable condition by April 1976.

Yaap it did held on small scale we had pictures of that small scale ceremony which was attended by Russian ambassador to Pakistan at that time.

But that ceremony was held late after induction i think after a year or more and as far as I remember we had official approval for 20 birds but I think due to difficulty in financial transaction with Russia after sanctions deal was not fully materialize.
