What is becoming clear is that chinese miltary equipment is developing extremely fast. There are sectors wich are breathing cutting edge US tech in the neck, other sectors already on par with US counterpart and some sectors surpassing its US counterpart.

WS 19 was designed specifically for J 35 to be more precise a 5th Generation fighter jet. No clue what equips our latest Block III

Airshows is an important part. Fighter jets these days mostly do airshows. However, I must say, Su-57 paint job sucks. Russians need to apply warm weather paint colors like those used on F-22, F-35, J-20.

How real or credible is this?

Well, do they really think the PLAAF - with the WS-10C already long mature and the WS-15 around the corner - will consider it as an engine for the J-20?

Even more, I thought the 117S = AL-41F-1S (izdeliye 117S) is the engine used by the T-50/Su-57 ... but what then is 177S?
