According to the Tsiolkovsky rocket equation,

88.4% of the rocket's initial mass is propellant, and the remaining 11.6% is payload, engines, and fuel tanks.

When flying at high altitude, 20% to 30% of the fuel mass can be saved.

So WS 19 engine is in mass production. So now I can safely say Pakistan for sure as hell is getting J 35 then anyone expected. Timeline for me changes, it's now end of 2025 and start of 2026, in fact Pakistan may ask for one or two prototypes like final fully completed prototype with WS 19 to evaluate it inside Pakistan
