While the cloud formation and trails don't resemble one bit with the available "lenticular" cloud available on a search....Still a premature celebration that many, along with defense analysts, might come back to bite pretty hard...Though I would love to be wrong.

Well China did sell North Korea HGV. Hard to believe North Korea have developed 3 different types of hypersonic gliders as they have shown when the US is struggling to develop a single HGV successfully. North Korea do not have hypersonic wind tunnels, necessary computing and software for advanced CFD and the materials to experiment and produce hypersonic glide vehicles.

So it isn't necessarily out of reach for China to agree to supply DF-17 level HGV to non-treaty allies so many years after supplying North Korea or at least assisting in North Korea's HGV programs - by that I mean giving access to Chinese hypersonic wind tunnels and supercomputing facilities.

Pakistan's test could indicate that Pakistan has possession of HGV missiles which do put pretty much all of India under its cover. A test would be known to India and any major country with sensors on this part of the earth. It is enough of a statement to India that Pakistan has superior nuclear delivery systems in case of exchange. Hardly believe there are enough of these to waste on conventional targets unless we're talking very high value targets.

So now that the NOTAMs are over, does anyone know what Pakistani NOTAMs were actually about ?

Nothing from ISPR, nothing from the Government, other than the US Cobra Ball being flown near to Baluchistan and Social Media speculations all over.

Interestingly, as per media reports, a US spy plane was nearby. Is it like providing a 3rd party confirmation to be conveyed to Bharat? Like the Taliban the Hindutva is also devoid of common sense, decency, gentlemanship etc.....
 
These clouds could be formed over Tilla Jogian, Dera Ghazi Khan Or Sonmiani but there presence over Quetta means strategic depth or avoid monitoring or both?
 
Well these clouds were visible from Quetta to central Punjab according to Tribune News article. So their sighting does not necessarily means that they were formed in that particular area.

I think it’s just the clouds that disappeared after 20 minutes
