So how else would they bring about change in Pakistan unless they take up arms against those (military establishment) who consistently steal their votes in every elections? Have you got any other peaceful alternatives for change?
The type pf revolution any society undergoes depends on its particular makeup. Peaceful revolutions tend to happen in educated and civilized societies and are fairly gradual. Societies lacking in education and social development indices tend to either suffer in perpetuity or undergo paroxysmal change, which quite often lands them in the same predicament again and again.
There is no doubt that the military rigs elections, and that is the highest treason against the State.
I have said many times that peaceful change from within is the only way forward for Pakistan. The only problem is that most here are simply too impatient. They would rather believe a clown claiming to end corruption in 90 days than work hard for decades to achieve enduring and meaningful changes.
Imran Khan when he made compromises to come into power.
LOL. He was the pawn chosen to lead the false drama of tabdeeli simply to get the previous pawn out. He did not make any compromises; he just did what he was told. When his ego became too big and he dreamt of being more than a mere pawn, he was swiftly cut down to size. Again, he was just a passenger along for the ride thinking that he was the driver. He most certainly was not, at any stage of the game. He still isn't, but his ego does not allow him to see the reality. That is his choice.
He won’t dare criticize Asim Muneer but somehow still finds time to attack IK who’s been in jail for two years.
What is stronger condemnation for him than to be called a treasonous traitor to the State of Pakistan as the current leader of a military that continues to perpetuate its illegal hold on power and remains above all accountability, just like the ones before him?
I have been absolutely clear in the above declaration all along, and even now.
Shouldn’t his outrage have shifted to PDM and the generals by now?
My outrage at the Generals is nothing new, and remains
exactly where it has
always been without change: their illegal assumption of supra-constitutional powers that places them above accountability.
As far as the current setup, SS is in the "same page" stage and thus has been a good little boy doing what he is told. When he gets to the egomaniacal stage and gets too big for his britches, like his predecessor, he will be mercilessly replaced in the same manner with another suitable idiot. It is only a matter of time.
At least he is consistent
Of course truth remains eternal. Those who have the courage to see and call it like it is, find it easy to remain consistent.
