admitting we were prepared for the war and the entire senior command of the IRGC-ASF was still taken out in a few hours is even more embarrassing

"we launched drone operations and fired missiles later that same night" --> a lie. it took a full 17 hours before Iran launched the first missile in response. 17 hours! Israel struck Iran hundreds of times before Iran launched even one missile in response.

so much for state of alert and solid fuel missiles in silos ready for launch ...

Reports that Iraq was warned of an upcoming operation. Likely against Hezbollah, given recent statements by both the jews and by the collaborationist government of Lebanon.

Nobody said anything about enrichement .....but for the record I am saying we're sitting on 450 kilos (if not more) of enriched uranium...that was not destroyed. That my little friend is the ambiguity leverage I was talking about.
And yes, the debate is raging on in Iran with some factions waiting for the old man to die.....and then his edict will be revisited.
Below is the satellite image of a large convoy of trucks at Fordow before the US attack. The stockpile was moved; otherwise, there would have been massive radiation fallout.
Theodore Postol wrote a paper on the subject titled “How Iran Could Clandestinely Build 10 Low-Technology Atomic Bombs” (16 July 2025). Postol shows a 174-centrifuge cascade layout and argues that one cascade could produce metallic uranium for a weapon on the order of every ~4–6 weeks. the International Atomic Energy Agency says it has not detected off-site radiation after the strikes.

'UNUSUAL ACTIVITY'

"Several experts also cautioned that Iran likely moved a stockpile of near weapons-grade highly enriched uranium out of Fordow before the strike early Sunday morning and could be hiding it and other nuclear components in locations unknown to Israel, the U.S. and U.N. nuclear inspectors."

Iran is a nuclear-armed state. It does not matter how many times Iran International says it is not.

Iran-Kazakhstan Nuclear Deal Reported

L.A. Times Archives

From Associated Press
LONDON — Iran has obtained at least two nuclear warheads that had been reported missing from Kazakhstan, The European newspaper said Thursday.

The article, which cites a secret report from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Agency, again raises questions about whether the successors to the Soviet Union will be able to control their most dangerous weapons.

The European did not say how it had obtained the intelligence report. It quoted the report as saying several nuclear warheads vanished from the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site in Kazakhstan, which the republic’s president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, closed early this year.

A lot more information on the subject is in a 1998 report by Fred Wehling titled.
RUSSIAN NUCLEAR AND MISSILE EXPORTS TO IRAN.
Iran is a nuclear-weapon state. When the time comes, it will be disclosed. No one believes the BS Fatwa.

Really not suprising they took out the leader of Hamas at an IRGC “safe house”.

These guys are beyond incompetent. Maybe losing their “top” generals will allow fresh ideas into the aging guard. But given how many of these old guard propaganda Baghdad Bobs there are, it seems doubtful.

I'm not trolling but why would Iran dig out the enternaces now? What would be the strategic benefit at this time?

Why would Iran give up the ambiguity that was the only ancillary benefit from the 12 day war?

As soon as they dig out...guess who will come knocking? Yep..the IAEA...the same IAEA that laid the groundwork for the attack to begin with.
Nope....that lack of work is no indication of anything.....if anything it's a chess move, till we figure out what we can do.
Too many chess moves in a boxing match

On the surface that's what it may seem like...but you don't know. At least I can quote the foreign minister about why the IAEA can't go to the site, and cite a few clues about upcoming talks...etc.
All you have is an opinion. How many times have you recalibrated your stance on the 12 day war?
Some of us said we did inflict a lot of damage on Israel....some of us said that's why they sued for peace after 12 days, but you naysayers kept saying they meant to only have war for 12 days...
Some of us said the idea was to pull the US into the war and turn Iran into a failed state...when that didn't happen...Israel was shocked and worried and they sued for peace immediately. But again you and others shotdown that theory.....
From where I'm sitting you have a very weak batting average.
They sued for peace and we ran with it and took it faster than Trump could blink. Cuz we were in trouble. Supporting Iran is one thing and being entirely blind to the obvious truth is another.

Perhaps khamenei should limit missiles to 1000 km to both not comply with Trump's demand (thus avoiding all sanctions relief) while also damaging Iran's defensive strength as he has with his previous fatwas.
He can say "we have the capability to build longer range missiles and no one can take that knowledge away but we choose not to" just as he did with enrichment.

IAEA is currently inspecting Bushehr and TRR, says Baghaei, adding that these inspections are necessary.

Either Lebanon/Syria or Iran, though, I think Hezbollah is their next target.
