Normal purchases for depleting stocks but in case of new systems it will take year or 2 to successfully use them in war.

BJP in elections and they need money and such purchases generates lot of kickbacks.

IndiaToday states, Boat entered in NO FISHING ZONE, so Pakistan dis the right thing to cease it.
Question remains, what it was doing in that area and how it reached so far during NOTAM and Indian so called exercises.
