NADRA Servers are within Pakistan.
They might be in other countries in past but as far as I know they are within Pakistan.
And within a year NADRA's Information Security policy has changed a lot even more than it was changed in whole history of NADRA.

We handle hundreds of ID Cards daily, so I can tell with a single glance if the card is real or fake.
The card is 100% real and most probably Indians got this from some online paid survey scams or money games verifications etc. Or mayhave bought from some photo copy shops or from some corrupt NADRA Official etc.
NADRA issues adviseries on daily basis regarding protection of ID documents.
Photocopies of ID documents are even banned in NADRA, Just show your original documents or own/relatives citizen no only during process and leave nothing behind even to NADRA staff but our people have such documents ready for sale.
Again I will say this card was real, can't prove anything on diplomatic front but will surely usefull in feeding braindead population of India and some "Anti State" Pakistanis will try to prove Pakistan guilty and will try to degrade Pakistan and our Armed Forces within country for political gains.

The real question should be how Indians got a real Pakistani ID card?

I never said this will mean anything to insane persons, but many of our people are politically blinded against the state and its forces. Even our ministers share AI vidoes for political gains.
And no pakistani will go anti but what for the anti state actors?
How much propaganda they will spread!

It was in the news a few years ago. Things may have changed since then. But Data stored in Canada is subject to rulings from foreign courts. A third country can file a case and get access to Data stored in Canada.

I think our detterence has worked now.

In the past, irrespective of real cause, Modi and chimps would have jumped up and down and used this as an excuse for strikes. This is the main problem ....NADRA data breach in recent years is real cause of concern. In 2024 alone ....2.7 million CNIC data was available on Darkweb ...similarly, CDs were available in Multan and Faisalababe for as low as Rs.500/CD.

Whole of NADRA Database is within Pakistan, mainly in ICT and other backup and disaster recovery systems in all Regional Head Offices (RHOs) and secure data warehouses.
You have no idea how much concerned NADRA has become regarding data safety of the Pakistani Nationals
