Back to reality - killing innocent starving people trying to get food - get shot in the back of the head by “scared soldiers” has to be a war crime. One day these terrorists will be charged.

The headline is about the stories of some of the people killed in Gaza, to put a very human face on the tragedy. Even if you disagree with the headline, what law has been violated with sufficient gravity to merit a demand for life imprisonment? You can post up your own headlines as you wish with equal protection under the same laws here.

Being hyperemotional is no reason to simply lose all rationality, as you seem to be advocating here, and taking the entire discourse in this thread and forum down with it. @Musings @DedBot @Waz

Do you seriously think I'll continue answering your questions when you intentionally delete my comments without reason, while I'm replying to another user? You often talk about the need to respect the opinions of those who think differently and not to draw conclusions based on emotions, yet that's exactly what you're doing now. Anyway, it's probably best if we just stick to our own opinions.

All such cases, including this present one, must become part of the ICJ proceedings as Israel is coming up to the deadline for its report asked for by the court.

With recent acts like shooting dead 100 people attempting to get food will just add to the evidence already present.

I delete posts that have been reported or that have little to do with the topic in hand.
We respect those having varying opinions - we don’t tolerate posts inciting and that are offensive to others.
