KSA just qualified for another World Cup. Fully deserved and should have beat Iraq by at least 2 goals if not for wasting one big opportunity after another. All this with a very young team (only 4 players above 30, only 1 of them starting), several key missing players. Great stuff. 7 Arab teams ready for the 2026 World Cup. Very important for Saudi Arabian football to qualify considering the good performance in 2022 (beating famously World Cup winners Argentina) and KSA hosting the Asian Cup in 2027 and the World Cup in 2034.

Another thing, while the KSA league nowadays is one of the best leagues in the world out there outside of Europe, it would be a really beneficial thing, if our best players were playing in more European leagues. Plenty would have no problems playing in some of the best leagues in Europe. The problem being that they prefer the likely higher pay in KSA, the familiarity of KSA (being home) and the way they are idolized. Basically preferring the "secure way". That was always the problem with Saudi Arabian football growth. That and a lack of a large diaspora in Europe/West like many other Arab nations.

Those KSA players that have moved to European leagues in recent years are showing a noticeable increase in level.

I was really impressed by Al-Shamat (playing for the AFC Champions League winners Al-Ahli). Amazing technique and vision. Still young (23) yet should be playing in Europe IMO. Best player once again like against Indonesia.

No reason why he could not be playing for some mid table club in La Liga, Serie A, Premier League etc. and growing as a player. Seen plenty of worse players in those leagues playing for mid table clubs.

In any way, the professionalization of Saudi Arabian football in recent years has taken massive steps. Football academies emerging in all major cities, even the smallest (almost) mountain and desert villages are getting the right infrastructure (quality football fields and stadium and infrastructure), cooperation deals with European clubs and in general investments in grass roots football, infrastructure, scouting, managers etc.

This should be replicated with other sports as well even though football takes 95% of the air time/interest/funding. Plenty of potential. Just our Afro-Arab lot, if properly invested in, could probably dominate Asian athletics and if constructing/making athletic programs such as the ones that tiny Jamaica created 10-20 years ago, no reason why this could not extend to globally in theory. Plenty of local training facilities and large cities (some of the highest located cities in the world are found in Southern KSA) where they could train in similar terrain like the Ethiopians, Kenyans and Tanzanians. Don't see why that could not occur in theory if there was a will. Or finding a few niche sports (like many nations excel at, or get almost all of their medals from) to excel in where the competition is non-existent or very low. Plenty of opportunities if there was a bigger focus on other sports outside of football which is the most popular and toughest sport to compete in.

Mehdi Bazargan (Persian: مهدی بازرگان; September 1, 1907 – January 20, 1995) was a devout Shiite Iranian-Azeri intellectual, academic, and the head of Iran’s interim government.

A pivotal figure in the Iranian Revolution of 1979, Bazargan was appointed as the country’s first prime minister after the Revolution by ‘Ayatollah’ Khomeini in February 1979. Disillusioned by the increasingly radical direction of the revolution and Khomeini’s policies, he resigned from his position in November of the same year. Bazargan narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by the Khomeinist regime and spent his final years in Switzerland, where he passed away in 1995.

In November 1982, he expressed his frustration with the direction the ‘Islamic Revolution’ had taken in an open letter to the then-speaker of parliament ‘Ayatollah’ Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.

However, his most striking statement, which resonated with the Iranian masses then and resonates even more today, was his insight into a sentiment that every Iranian and anyone familiar with Iran’s reality cannot ignore or deny. Even the staunchest Khomeinist, deep down, recognises it as an undeniable harsh truth.

In the year 1993, the late Mehdi Bazargan made a significant statement in an interview with the now-defunct monthly magazine Kian, which I will cite to conclude this article:

In that interview, Bazargan said:

Following the publication of this interview, ‘Ayatollah’ Khamenei, who had recently assumed the position of Supreme Leader and had been in office for just over four years, responded sharply during a Friday prayer sermon in Tehran, stating, “Your world is one of misery, and your Hereafter is one of loss.”

Nearly five decades after the Iranian Revolution, anyone with a basic understanding of Iran’s religious dynamics and the general religiosity of most Shiite Iranians can decide for themselves whether Khamenei was and is delusional or if he is, in fact, a malevolent figure who fully understands that Bazargan’s statements were the truth.

Shocked and horrified about their actual beliefs which I was somewhat uninterested in/ignorant of.

I suggest seeing the whole video (50 minutes) of the brother, who I believe to be either a Palestinian Muslim brother or a Syrian one. He has a famous Youtube page and is doing Dawah (very intelligently and patiently - even towards rude and anti-Muslim people) to non-Muslims in the West.

600.000 views, 100's if not 1000's of former Shias in the comment section writing interesting comments about their past beliefs as well.

No wonder that I always had a hard time tolerating their nonsense when they are so far away from the core tenants of Islam.

Now I know why ordinary Muslims of the region (Arab world and Muslim world) and their leadership/blind followers, we can never reach any scholarly consensus or consensus based on aqidah.

I stopped supporting this nonsense version of "we are all Muslims" by that logic we must accept deviant sects with clear demonstrated wrong/un-Islamic beliefs as "fellow Muslims" such as Ahamadis, Nusayris and others. In fact I never believed this nonsense. I can now see that this was the right choice.

It is not about creating hostility or whatever (they can believe what they want to as long as they are not proselytizing among Muslims - Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria etc. have banned them for a reason officially) but simple truth.

They don't allow religious discussion here so be careful. But I agree the beliefs are disturbing almost like someone made them by design. The stuff about Imams having divine abilities, controlling Universe with God, and the last Imam 12th one ruling with Jewish law, bringing people back to life, inheriting all knowledge of all Prophets , as if he's better than any Prophet and the Seal of Prophets, certainly if such an 'imam' came out he'd make a claim to divinity and people would try presenting him as God. Whoever is pushing those beliefs I personally belief worships the Shaytaan but I won't take regular Muslims out of Islam. Some are born into that. I'll leave it up to God. But people pushing it or spreading it I have suspicions of. As it is hiding behind original Shia movement which was just believing Ali was fit to rule at the time. Anything more is someone exploiting that position to trickle in some blasphemous stuff.

I am shocked and horrified in equal terms. The brother just used the Qur'an alone to easily refute all of their main core tenants/beliefs. It is shocking how this entire sect and beliefs even began in the first place and took root among people. Actually the very origin of the word just means supporter and should be understood in a political context (Muawiya (ra) vs Ali (ra). The Muslims on both sides of that political divide had the same core Muslim beliefs that we have as Muslims to this day. What later evolved has nothing to do with Ali (ra) and the Ahl al-Bayt. Which the brother also fully demonstrates.

I really suggest seeing the entire 50 minutes (very well respected discussion/interaction between them), fully based on the Qur'an.

An ordinary Shia, who knows nothing better, I will not judge him either, but the scholars (in particular the Arabs who know the truth and claim to follow the Qur'an - I do not consider as Muslims if they have such heretic beliefs). It is a different religion altogether.

Now that does not mean that I am hostile towards them, I just don't think that we have much in common when they reject core beliefs that are clearly outlined in the Qur'an.

I now hail the decisions of Central Asian states (various), Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Nigeria etc. of banning the spread of such beliefs as it quite obviously corrupts Islam and contradicts the Qur'an.

We don't accept the Nusayris, Druze, Ahmadis etc. as Muslims for a reason because their core beliefs and tenants have very little to do with Islam and are totally contradictory. Just like we don't accept Prophet Isa (AS) to be God or believe in the "Holy Trinity" as Christians do.

BTW there is ZERO evidence in the Bible that Prophet ISA (as) was God and ZERO mention of the holy trinity.

I am really impressed by the brother, his knowledge and entire demeanor/way of communicating. May Allah (swt) bless him and give a long life. We need more of such Muslims today.

Anyway it is a difficult discussion but I was genuinely shocked by such beliefs and since I never really looked into their beliefs myself (other than the basics that I knew), it is quite shocking for me.

Very unfortunate.

There is a weird pattern between Shia beliefs, Christian beliefs and even Jewish beliefs. Jews try to pride themselves as being monotheists but I looked into their beliefs and their beliefs about their Messiah. They will certainly attach divinity to their Messiah. Their Messiah is no different than Shia 12th Imam and Christian Jesus. They all do same things. I'm not joking when I say Iblees probably manufactured a lot of these beliefs and influenced these people. Especially now that Jews deny exisistence of Hell and Heaven and I personally believe they're angry at God for the Holocaust. And id go farther and say they're on the side of Iblees, knowingly, because they don't like God.

I'm not gonna worship a human and never will. Its demeaning to God and makes no logical sense. It's invoked by emotion. People that push such beliefs push them via emotion they can't build a convincing case for them. And we know for a fact Iblees/Satan is the director behind that story.

One way to prove this is just go search in Arabic 'المهدي' on YouTube. Sort by last month. Now see how many channels are pushing outright blasphemy and devil worship. Saying the Mahdi will ban Salah, Mahdi will inherit all the Prophets knowledge, Mahdi will bring people back to life, control the entire planet, all this insane blasphemous stuff and you can easily come to conclusion someone is pushing this devil worship nonsense intentionally with the goal of driving people into disbelief.

When the basis of your religion is to try so hard to drive people into disbelief. Then you're telling me what I need to know about you.

In real world its harder to settle swiftly and that's why as we get closer to the hour it will become more clear for everyone and Allah will make it so there's one camp of imaan, and one camp of clear kufr. A time where people can't hide behind blasphemy anymore or play games to conceal their beliefs. Allah will force them through his means to come clean. People at that time will see signs and the truth proposed to them clearly, so whoever actually is a Muslim will revert to Islam or continue upon it if they already are and the rest will profess the kufr that's been in their hearts that they refuse to repent from, and they'd be segregated out of emaan camp.

Could not agree more, perfectly written.

Have you noticed this troll Jew (UK Jew) that appears in 100's of videos on Youtube and other social media platform and where half of the videos are called "Jew schools Muslim x or y" (I believe that 90% of all the videos are with non-Muslims and staged but that is another thing), here he is exposed/schooled by some ordinary Bangladeshi/South Asian brother based in the UK.

Somebody (owners of Youtube, TikTok) are deliberately spreading/popularizing his nonsense videos.

I was not aware how easy his beliefs were picked apart.

He is a Mossad mole in the UK and works for the Zionist regime to spread Zionist propaganda. I am not going to post his videos with supposed "Muslims" where he makes false claims.

Apparently he says that some Jews belief in reincarnation and that there is no concept of paradise or hell in their 5 scriptures that are their core beliefs. I was shocked to hear that because the propaganda that is being propagandized is that Jews are supposedly hardcore monotheists.

Also shocked to learn that they barely have any rabbinic chains of narrations that are even remotely intact. There are some like 500-600 or other times 1500 year old gaps between their narrations.

hey don't have narrations like we Muslims have which are clearly defined by people who we also know the identity of and almost everything about them because it was written down and passed down. Both in written and oral form. Same with the writers of the Bible (Gospels).

There is this weird agenda by some to say that Islam and Christianity and Judaism are identical when that is not the case. From what I have seen, Islam is by far the most monotheistic religion out there and the one that makes the most sense by far (most logical) which is why it is so popular and growing all across the world, including in the West.

Now we need to distinguish clearly between Islam, the religion, and Muslims as people. Those two are not the same.

Also shocked by this Jewish Orthodox Jew and his beliefs (he admits to them):

Nice find. That's what I'm talking about. How can they not believe in an afterlife. So what did God create us for? To live once then perish? God is just he's not going to play games with us.

Reincarnation is basically another Satanic belief intended for people to believe they multiple chances at making it right. Iblees is laughing all the way to the bank. He's misleading people so they don't prepare in this life to meet God. And even worse some are outright blasphemous beliefs where reincarnation is to keep happening until you become a Brahmin or basically a God. Or take God's place, العياذ بالله.

They're disrespecting God and disrespecting people. And it proves Allah's word that the revelations to Jews and Christians have been corrupted.

I refuse to believe God made me just to do good in this life and then I'm done.

We worship God out of love, obedience and some fear. Worship doesn't just mean prayer. So we don't go into prayer anxious. And fear is not anxiety like some assume. It's good to have some fear , the Creator should be feared.

Islam is the only religion that makes sense indeed. The rest of religions are all blasphemy/polytheist. Combination of reincarnation, local rituals, outright blasphemy and so forth. They're certainly not unique like anti-religion people claim.

The common themes between them are all the same.

Also I've posted before of a YouTube channel that's really dark and involves actual real time magic. It shows proof of Satan worship. And even the channel owner is openly saying he is on that side, side of disbelief, and he talks about Islam a lot, acknowledging Islam is true but he's against is and is pushing a unity of beliefs Ibn Arabia theology. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy is the Dajjal

I don't like this sharing because it's some serious magic and a clear case of someone advanced in Satan worship. I only share it because it's proof of Satan worship and magic. Which is proof of what Allah said exists .

You can skim through the channel, just look at thumbnails and titles, and if you want to read actual vids you can but be careful as I suspect it's طلاسم type of magic

Alhamdillah for Islam and alhamdillah we born into the correct aqeedah

I hope that's a good sign maybe we did something good before we were created to be born Muslims. If you have any proof of that please share I'd be interested to know if it's just by chance we are Muslims or there's some reason to it

a) Does it mean the destruction of the state of Israel for a Palestinian (Muslim majority/Islamic) state, from the river to the sea?

b) Does it mean a binational secular state where Muslims, Christians and Jews can coexist equally?

c) 2-state solution along pre-1967 lines, where Israel gets about 78% of historic Palestine, and Palestinians get 22% (which includes Gaza, all of West Bank without settlements, and East Jerusalem).

- Option “a” is what the likes of Hamas, PIJ want. There has been speculation they may be open to option “c”, but they are primarily going for option “a”. They are looking to military destroy Israel.

————————————————————

- Then we have the likes of Peter Beinart, who I consider very Pro-Palestinian, who initially rooted for option “c”, but are now going for option “b”.

Peter Beinart is very anti-Hamas, but also anti-Palestinian Authority; against Israel’s apartheid and genocidal regime as well. He however believes in non-violence to achieve his aims, aiming for international pressure on Israel.

Marwan Barghouti is also someone who is very popular amongst Palestinians, he however has not advocated for the destruction of Israel, but for the creation of a free Palestinian state.

There are criticisms of Hamas and other factions, that their actions are prolonging the suffering and misery of Palestinians; as their actions have compounded the misery of Gazans in light of the Israeli genocidal onslaught.

There are also question marks about their inception, when Netanyahu funded them to undermine the national Palestinian movement.

—————————————————

However, there is no doubt that Hamas, PIJ and other groups are genuine Palestinian factions, however, there can be questions about their strategy.

Some considered them as the Malcolm X of the time, whereas the likes of others who advocate non-violence as the MLK and Mandela.

So who should Palestinians and pro-Palestinians support?

I used to be a proponent of a two state solution until 2023 when i saw the true face of the zionist entity. The fact that western countries have doubled down to support Israel in her genocidal ways goes to show you that it cannot coexist peacefully with Palestinians.

The kind of depravity Israeli society has is a threat to collective humanity and it cannot be allowed to exist in a way where it threatens the very existence of the people of the land.

In an ideal world, there would have been a single state where everyone was equal in the eyes of the state, the laws were not biased for any group, and everyone had a right to exist and prosper but we don't live in an ideal world unfortunately.

My two cents.
