Be -sharam is making outrageous claims with no proof
Later to be busted in your faces

Like shivangi female Indian pilot of Rafale shot down with plane and captured

Only later to be seen by the entire world at a award ceremony..last month

Any wonder why the world is lining up to buy rafales in hundreds at 200 million each rather than than your chinease j10 at 50million each unless of course your the mighty Bangladesh air force

Rafale is super good. It's omnirole, basically a swiss knife of fighter. Not everyone wants a plain air superiority fighter only, the next best thing is from Russia or America. Both extremely hard to work with right now. Other option from Germany/Europe and China are not good enough in other roles plus the Grippen weapon package is not on par with Rafale. Hope this clears it up.
Even the French Air Force say the Rafale's future role in the NATO coalition is limited to a secondary support role due to the immense gap between the Rafale and current fifth generation fighters. Also its reliability and serviceability stats are poor.

AHH. That explains why it's the most sold or sought after fighter in the world outside of the F35.

Which incidently can only fly once every 36 hours needs two days of maintenance and stealth coating reapplied

Shivangi landed in Pakistan.
She fell in love with our handsome PAF guys and begged them to take her as a second wife.

We kindly rejected the advances and returned her back to her own kind.

ah a butt hurt Indian. The most sold fighter in the last five years is the F-16 not the Rafale. The Rafale's selling point is that it is a no strings attached platform outside of US influence. Besides, the French are very generous with kickbacks which is far more important to some countries like India.

Awesome plane with real punch

Demand? Ukraine is going for used ones that too funded by US and subsidized by Europe. Like their F16s.
No I imagine they want European financing for either new Rafales or gripens.

Still interesting the increased demand for the Rafale in light of its recent (lack of) performance.
Its a pretty good Jet, no doubt.

...its just that...in the hands of Indians...well...

Look at it this way... Prior to the conflict in May, the Rafale had a pretty clean-spotless track record.

Messed with the wrong adversary & now the World's Only & Largest Rafale Used Parts Scrapyard is located in India.

READ about the finance behind this deal. The French are dipping into their own funds to provide loans, they are asking the EU to fund it as well, and also want Russian assets to be unfrozen and the money used to purchase the jets.
It's plain the Ukrainians didn't seem to keen to pay for it with their own money.

Rafale as a fighter jet is still top of the line, but lets give a little credit to PAF pilots and their creating a kill chain strategy which bested the IAF render them useless even with the better fighters.
