note down, USA deceived Israel by supplying F35 while 4++ 'F15' for Saudia is worth for its price....

Don't expect Iran to do the same. Russia and Armenia might because Pakistan is actively supplying arms to their enemies or for any of their other reason but Iran has maintained that India is oppressing the Muslim population in Kashmir. Read the articles and Khamenei's words he speaks of Kashmir in the same breath as Palestine - which it is.

on ground realities, neither Iran is a Muslim country nor Russia is a Christian country. when Iran has to take a side, they will finally join Russians/Armenian & Hindus against Muslims countries like Azerbaijan-Pakistan

to understand, here, the Chabahar and Gwadar are two different concepts. with Gwadar, you have committed your 'sovereignty' with China. and similarly, with Chabahar Port 'go ahead', Iran has committed its sovereignty with India-Russia-Central Asia.....

it is difficult to compare but they are certainly a very modern and powerful rival

GFP counts economic, infrastructure, civilian strength (like for example Indonesia has the biggest roro vessel in the world that can be used for logistic (including transporting MBT) during war) and also population and land areas. This is critical factors during real war like happening between Russia and Ukraine

I think GFP is pretty reliable compared to ranking that only based on military equipment

We can see Indonesia defense budget is pretty small but can still be regarded as top 15 strongest in the world (rank number 13th) due to economic, civilian strenght like roro vessel I have mentioned earlier, population, land mass, oil and gas production, industry, roads, ports, airports, etc

Traditionally, Pakistani military is measured to stop Indian military, which won't be easy for even Indonesia or Turkey......

I discussed in post, Pakistan is the Muslim country which has been capable to stop Indian military, which is of doubt with Turkey or even Indonesia, I find.
And here, I would say the Iran would also be capable enough to stop Indian military, which we doubt with Turkey......

Turkey's dependence on American arm also state difference with Iran...

I discussed in Australia once, the USA could win over Iraq, they knew, but Iran was not winnable during that time. Iran was found successful to stop the USA, if the USA might have fought war with Iran while Iraq was weak. It was a lose against Iran..... Here, how F16s countries like Turkey will go against USA? A diffrence between Iran's arms and that of Turkey....

Similarly historians found, it was easy for USA-West to defeat Germany in WW2, so they fought with Germany. While they knew, it was a certain lose against Russia so they didn't fight with Russia in WW2

India is 4th country and still they cannot take on Pakistan conventionally. Pakistani airforce with its budget compared to Indian one did a much better job.

I read at a think tank that there is a relative parity between Turkish and Iranian militaries.

Turkey has more advanced weapons like tanks, APCs, IFVs, F-16, but Turkish military is smaller than Iranian military, its conscripts serve for 12 months compared to 21 month for conscripts in the Iranian military and Turkish military has little military experience compared to Iran's military that has experience of numerious conflicts in the Middle East.

So Turkey has more advanced weapons than Iran, while Iran has larger and more experienced military. Both countries are relative peers from military point of view.

And now Turkish conventional military is said to be the second most powerful in Europe after Russia. If we assume that Iran's military enjoys parity with the Turkish military, than we can say that Iran's military is more powerful than military of any European country except Russia.
