Israel’s Genocide in Gaza | 2023- till present

If the GCC countries shifted their investment dollars from the US to China and retired the petro dollar, it would go a long way towards weakening US hegemony. If Muslim countries boycotted American companies with Israeli connections, their market value would plummet. In most cases, Chinese alternatives are just as good or only a few years behind, plus they don't come with the perpetual threat of American sanctions.

Very, very few things in this world need the latest and greatest version of anything, and, without a war chest backed by stratospheric market valuations, American companies would find it increasingly difficult to invest in R&D to keep ahead of China.

P.S. I am still astounded that China hasn't capitalized on the American propensity for sanctions tantrums to come out with a line of products certified to be free of American parts and American sanctions proof.

And yet, none of those things have happened, nor do they appear likely to happen at present. Iran and UK have diplomatic relations, as do Turkey and Israel. The Arabs are all asleep. The Pakistanis have their own mini drama serials going on.

But let us all together get bent out of shape over the evil USA and its Israeli overlords. Nearly 13k posts and over 350k views. Great Success for members and management.

Yeah, that will be a good idea.

Unfortunately the countries that have independent governments in the Muslim world are still too reliant on the US-led financial system and so there is a limit to how far they can go, such as in supplying arms etc. to the Gazans.

Not to mention the logistics when Egyptian government won’t allow the use of its territory to deliver weapons to Gaza.

Correct.
Someone better than me who knows about economy can better tell the consequences of defying the West. As I keep repeating, countries like Pakistan and Egypt and Turkey--all of them with large populations and relatively resource starved--would greatly suffer if they are merely kicked out of the SWIFT banking system. There would be mass unemployment in those countries, inflation, civil unrest etc etc.
Blaming Sisi or Erdogan or the Pakistani 'Establishment' is far far far easier than managing those countries' problems once the West decides to punish them. But at least in case of Pakistan, the Pakistanis didn't thump their chest like Erdogan did for Gaza or Sisi ignoring his Arab/Sunni/ethnic brothers in Gaza.

“The IDF has concluded an initial review of the unfortunate incident where Gazan civilians were trampled to death and injured as they charged to the aid convoy. Our initial review has confirmed that no strike was carried out by the IDF towards the aid convoy.”Watch the full statement by IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari on the review of the incident regarding the humanitarian aid convoy the IDF facilitated last week.

I know you will attack me just because I posted this comment even though it comes from the official website of the Israeli forces. The whole incident reminds me of that time with the hospital when we later found out it was "accidentally" rocketed by the PIJ.

When doing an investigation into such a horrific act - one would have expected an independent review and assessment of what really happened. The IDF are hardly going to say - yep our soldiers are guilty of this act. It’s like a rapist doing an investigation and coming to the conclusion he is not a rapist. Pointless really

Also we can ignore what the US says as well since it is a collaborator and accomplice.

Glass or trade beads, weaving of a web and interlocutors of choice!

Their is a great deal of context in the above... but at the end of the day once you've allowed yourself to be appropriated in someone's else's context... you've lost the plot, standing and understanding!

Gaza resists to liberate us all!
Or, we fall!

So who else is, or should be, investigating this incident, in your view?

Me and you.

Joking. Frankly doesn’t matter in todays climate
- but in any court of law the accused can’t be judge and jury don’t you think? Especially when they’ve had history of being conservative with the truth…..

after 5 months they have killed more hostages than they have rescused

they have been beaten by Hamas

and we will see them coming out of the tunnels with the Victory signs inshallah

and also the Worlds hates Israel

V- is for victory

So are you saying that nothing that is being actually done meets or will meet your standards for fair investigation? This week is the last week before Ramadan, and I am hoping that USA will be able to broker a cease-fire for at least that holy month, if not longer.
