I would agree with the yes, it is better off now than in 2022, but with the observation that it is still nowhere near it needs to be, and there is much more work that still needs to be done.

Facts: Malik Riaz was fined by the Supreme Court.
UK sent back money to Government of Pakistan

Imran Khan transferred that money to Supreme Court and paid Malik Riaz's fine.\

Malik Riaz gifts Imran Niazi and Bushra Maneka hundreds of acres of land as payment for the services.

There's no bigger corruption scandal in the history of Pakistan.

The easiest way to corruption and land grabbing is to establish a university or a mosque. Nobody will demolish a mosque in Pakistan even if it is built illegally on grabbed land belonging to someone who has not given consent; similarly, gift a land worth Billions in bribe, build a University (if that) and call it a service to humanity......
