H-1B visas must end’: Wife of US citizen shares plight of landing IT jobs

@Meengla sb

Arey Bhai: India has way too many people to absorb and so they must leave for somewhere else,

You are right as always. Hopefully, you will extend your support to increasing the number of immigrant visas (of every type) and Indians getting a larger share of the pie of those visas.

Regards

have your ever seen him making educated, logical, deep, valid and scientific arguments?!

answer truthfully!

most of his posts are subjective devoid of truth!

at times, it feels, most of Ind. here are incapable of synthesizing truth even within facts!

You talk as if there’s only one true way to see things, a bit like believing in one god and assuming everything else must be false. That’s exactly where the problem starts. Different perspectives can exist within the same set of facts.

Even if I or someone else were, you wouldn't be able to figure out anyways.

He and @El Sidd are capable of decent arguments but not frequently. I think they should have their own Trolling Contest Thread, which would spin our heads trying to decipher their intent.

AZ Saar,

Thanks, the views of an actual professional with skin in the game is always very valuable, Saar. How has been the experience with the Chennai and Costa Rica staff? As they say, you can attract for costs, but to retain customers, you need quality.
Been meaning to get back to this.

In the case of the Chennai-based GCC, the first year and a half were absolutely brutal. Employee churn was as high as 300%. Nothing was getting processed on time and of course vendors were getting frustrated not having been paid. After a couple trips over by the C-level Finance people, Chennai got their act together. Much improved.

The team in Costa Rica has always been top notch. The teams had already been supporting some of the US functions for a while as well as South America when we moved the GCC out of BOG to SJO

Perhaps the latest proposal introduced by some misrepresentative will be better distributed to ensure equality in the H-1B pool. Perhaps more from Pakistan based on my own experience.

You know the background of the 'Planet of the Apes' movies/tv shows--how the 'apes' rose up on the evolutionary scale after being trained by human beings. Not at all implying Indians or other Pakistanis or Costa Ricans to be 'apes': Simply pointing out, when given right circumstances, any human being, unless with issues like Down's Syndrome, is capable of matching any other human being.

I'm being nice this morning. Usually refer to it as the halls of Sodomy and Gonorrhea.

I nice twist on Gomorrah!!
I might be wrong on this but there is 'Gumrah' in Urdu language which, charitably speaking, means someone gone in wrong ways but maybe the origin is from 'Gomorrah'? Urdu language takes a lot from Persian, Turkish and Arabic.
Anyone?!!
