Indian Rafale was not shot down by luck using J10CP + PL-15

Pakistan was able to see every single move India was making

they had been reached level of quantum computers which were used to break advanced encryption used by the Indian military

they knew exactly when the Indians were moving , what path they were taking and knew exactly the numbers they were dealing with

Rafale + Spectra self defence suite is amongst the top fighter jets of the world a really NATO standard or above, Indians pilots were also well trained

but Pakistan had access to Chinese military satellites, China has over 150 military satellites and USA has over 250

but Chinese ones are concentrated in one region whereas US has global network spreading out

by 2030 China will have more military satellites than US

my point being military satellites are the eyes an ears of any war, if you can see your enemies movements you can prepare

and to track enemy movements in real time like a aircraft carrier or intercontinental bomber like the B2 you need dozens of satellites to monitor movements in real time over a 24 hour period

outside China no one can really afford this kind of global situational awareness, but lets say if Turkey can lead the nations like France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Israel in the number of military satellites

that would put Turkey in a very good position to monitor the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean including air bases in Israel
They were not able to track Brahmos ?
 
Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci:"We have made concrete the steps to elevate Turkey to the capacity to send satellites to sun-synchronous orbit with the ŞİMŞEK-2 Satellite Launch Vehicle in the space field."Turkey will no longer be dependent on other countries or companies to launch its domestically produced satellites into spaceŞimşek-2 will have the capacity to carry satellites weighing 1,500 kg (1.5 tons).The rocket's mission will be to place the satellites it carries at an altitude above 700 kilometers. The "Sun-Synchronous Orbit" (SSO) at this altitude is an ideal position, especially for satellites that observe, map, and conduct reconnaissance of the Earth.Şimşek-2 will be approximately 40 meters tall. This is roughly equivalent to the height of a 13-14 story apartment building.The rocket will feature a two-stage and liquid-fueled engine system. Liquid fuel technology will enable precise control of the rocket's thrust power, allowing the satellites to be placed into orbit without error.ROKETSAN is advancing the Şimşek project in phases. The first test of the Şimşek-1 launch vehicle, which is smaller than Şimşek-2 and has a 400 kg payload capacity, is planned for 2027.Şimşek-2, which has a larger and more complex system, is expected to become operational in the early 2030s after this date, following the completion of development and testing processes.

The spacecraft, developed in Türkiye as the country’s first Orbital Transfer Vehicle, has now begun its operational journey in space

The National orbital transfer Vehicle will start from a low-altitude orbit (approximately 500 km ) and carry the Fergani Space satellites to higher mission orbits at different altitudes (1000+ km).


The vehicle is set to ignite the world’s first hybrid rocket engine in orbit, according to the company.

I couldn't grasp the purpose of this vehicle. It's literally the second stage of a rocket but being carried in a cargo bay.

I wonder if it's like Roketsan is working on the first stage, Baykar is working on the second stage?
 
FERGANI Satellites operates in low earth orbit at altitude of 500 km

Orbital Transfer Vehicle will enable FERGANI Satellites to be transported to different orbits and extend their mission lifetimes ... ( from 500 km to 1.000 km )


on the other hand , Roketsan SIMSEK-2 SLV will directly place Satellites in sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of 700 km

BAYKAR ( FERGANI ) is working on Satellites , GPS , OTV and in finally SLV to create its own ecosystem in space

No the OTV is for helping place satellites in their proper orbit, after the rocket launches them into space. like after the rocket launches and put its in the general areas, this is like a tugboat that takes the satelite and puts it in a specific place.

The launch vehicle is from SpaceX not Rocketsan. Rocketsan's rocket is not ready yet.

Growth in amount of Turkish space satellites over the years, I expect this numbers to skyrocket even further when Launch vehicles are ready.
