Did the murder of ZAB lead to the PPP disintegration ? No because his daughter unexpectedly took the reins and surprised the establishment. Did her eventual murder lead to the PPP disintegrating ? No her husband unexpectedly took the reins and outwitted the establishment.

So why do you expect an established party like PTI to disintegrate if Mr Khan is eliminated ?

If you are thinking in the back of your mind I will just do to Imran/PTI what was done to Bacha Khan and NAP/ANP, which is relentless jailing, exiling, killing, let me tell you PTI enjoys support far far broader than NAP/ANP ever did.
Bhutto was bringing “Pinky” along to various political events and grooming her for the role.
Has IK done the same?(I ask because I haven’t seen it)

In addition, his sons were involved in "other" types of politics as well.

No, I think he suspected an Establishment plan of eventually replacing him as head of PTI anyway by Mr Asad Umar or Mr Lota Shah Mahmood Qureshi, or any of the other lotas in the party.

His imprisonment and incommunicado status is unwittingly creating space for new leadership in PTI to emerge. His sisters have taken up the mantle.

Fortunately for Mr IK, Asad Umar proved another Shaukat Aziz, a technocrat who flopped at politics and Mr Shah Mahmood Qureshi seems to have gone native :D

Asad Umar screwed up at Engro as well - deep down most educated PTI supporters knew that but we all suppoo because we saw a potential to get a voice instead of the establishment (faujis, feudals , seths etc) - hail mary if you will.

His sisters can be the social face but they cannot lead an effective party. The dilemma right now is you do want the PTI to survive so it acts as a counterbalance to the PTM or more extreme narratives but have the problem of having IK come back to containers and pretty much disrupting everything.

And while that from a purely “moral” perspective sounds fine the issue is those in charge are themselves numbnuts who don’t know how to handle the situation they created themselves and the net damage to Pakistan from both an economic , social and political and even state perspective will be much worse.

The choice is simple - let this rotten system keep “going” so there is a chance to recalibrate and find another angle to start struggle for justice in the hopes a saner leader emerges who is both independent of establishment and has following among masses(unlikely given education levels and so on) or let this chaos unfold potentially to a worst case scenario of another breakup west of Attock.

P.s This choice is however for certain types of PTI moderates and middle class undecided majority. The other types of cultists on all sides of the aisle have their own choice to make and it will be the sum of these choices including the ones made by those in power which will determine Pakistan’s future - as it always has.

There was a time when one could only criticize the Engro Thar Coal project at great peril on PDF too. Where did all of that end up, I wonder? Oh right, it is exactly where every one not-bat-shit-crazy knew it would end up. Just like PTI itself.

So basically you have nothing but excuses?

The corrupt mafia and their Establishment supporters will never be able to answer these questions. Why? Because the answers expose their decades of betrayal, looting, and manipulation.

All they can do is hide behind a convenient distraction, turning Imran Khan and PTI into the bogeyman. Instead of addressing:

• Why reforms never happened in 78 years
• Why the judiciary protects elites but not the innocent
• Why Pakistan drowns in debt after 24 IMF programs
• Why army owned businesses suffocate competition
• Why Liaquat Ali Khan was assassinated and Fatima Jinnah was crushed

They deflect, distort, and demonize. They weaponize propaganda, smear campaigns, and judicial engineering to silence reformers.

Establishment can’t change the Reality and can’t answer these simple questions.

• They cannot explain why every loan comes with kickbacks.
• They cannot explain why every project is riddled with corruption.
• They cannot explain why the elite class evades taxes while ordinary citizens bleed.
• They cannot explain why local bodies remain powerless while provincial empires waste billions.
• They cannot explain why Pakistan trails its neighbors by decades.

So instead, they chant the same tired line, “Imran Khan, PTI, the bogeyman.”
But slogans cannot erase facts. And facts will keep haunting them.

The choice is simple - let this rotten system keep “going” so there is a chance to recalibrate and find another angle to start struggle for justice in the hopes a saner leader emerges

And expect this process to take several DECADES at least. There are no shortcuts to this process, like it or not.

That is not the question here. The real question here is this:

What did PTI do that was any better than what they did?
This very question has been answered 100s of times.

I am sorry if you can’t understand simple English. I gave you a great example of Navy Seal training. Did you not understand that?

Establishment supporters needs to come out of the bogeyman mindset and answer the questions for last 78 years. These questions will haunt them, they will have nightmares.

No, 1000s of excuses have been provided to avoid accepting the fact that PTI's tenure was just as much a failure as all the others.

You keep running in circles instead of answering for 78 years. What if establishment kill Imran Khan, will it resolve all the problems in Pakistan?

Establishment can’t hide from reality.
The Establishment wants to scare Pakistanis by portraying Imran Khan as the ultimate bogeyman the “most corrupt,” the “greatest threat to Pakistan”

But the irony is impossible to ignore, for 78 years, the same Establishment has openly protected and empowered the real corrupt mafia.

I will give you another example of Shiatan and Major Gobar Arya. Maybe you will understand that. 😂

This thread is about PTI. YOU have to answer the claims YOU are making about PTI.

YOU are running around in circles trying to deflect blame for PTI's failures on others.

Again, please answer this simple question:

What did PTI do that was any better than what they did?

PTI didn’t do anything. Why? This has been explained in great detail in my multiple posts in different threads.

Imran was fooled by establishment believing that they will back him and you know rest of the story.

Establishment brought Imran Khan in politics and they destroyed him. They have tried to launch many but failed, Shahid Afridi failed, Misbah failed, now they trying to launch someone else. If you want you can go to gate 4, they can also launch you.
