If a third person was involved then, yes, drive the car to another target. These attackers don't look like those in Afghanistan and Pakistan just strapping a suicide vest and walking in the midst of a bunch of people and blow themselves up. They were indeed taking a grave risk to their lives but also wanted to escape. Kind of a 'semi suicide bombers'!
