India has ROUTINELY and PUBLICLY raised, nurtured and deployed both islamist and dharmic terrorist groups against its neighbours. The instances have been repeated ad nauseam on this forum.
What you saw in Sydney was a simple and inevitable consequence of this longstanding state sanctioned mentality.
Hindus and "seculars" are most welcome to come and fight proper wars against Pakistan, for whatever objective you deem worthy. Nurture terrorists at your own peril though.

I am not surprised that this is from a Muslim in India. Why? Because Indian Muslims are the most oppressed Muslims in the world outside of the other country that should not be named but starts with an ‘I’ that everyone knows. As a result, the oppression would cause them to blow off the cap and go crazy. All starts with the systemic oppression from their home country while they were young.

Yeah its hard to ignore his complete descent from criticism of Govt to total nonsense and taking anti Pakistan stance, hence I stopped listening to him long time ago, we all criticize Pakistani politics, Govt and military role in Politics but not to a Point where you actively start parroting Enemy's line.

I do not agree.
They would not go abroad to attack random non-hindu people if hindutva is directly oppressing them. They would rise up locally and demand their rights and freedom.
The reality is likely more nuanced and has to do with the type of musulman favourably nurtured for decades under hindutva's watchful gaze.
There is a reason they portray Pakistanis as scruffy bearded, ugly, dark eyed, kohl wearing, topi walahs with sinister expressions, constantly saying "adaab janab" and behaving in a sinister way. They benefit from keeping Muslims firmly delimited within this box.
They have raised Indian musulmans to be placid, pliable, and concerned with pointless minutiae of theology, while Hindutva quietly destroys their true historical legacy in the background. This man is the archetypal Indian musulman:
We saw how this man jumped all over the visiting Talibs with gusto, with the blessing of the central government.
But more importantly, he won't ever complain about Delhi's abuse and cuckolding of him and his people because he will claim "saar, we are allowed to live freely as musulmans here and have our shariah".
In truth, Hindutva will slowly erase his legacy and declare that Islam, by itself, had never contributed anything to the development of the subcontinent. And this man will accept that historical revisionism wholeheartedly with the gratitude of a career simp.
Where does all this fit with the nurturing of Indian terrorists? Well, they're kept ignorant of their true history and legacy for a reason and that ignorance will readily breed a terrorist mindset.
It's a dangerous game that Delhi plays though. They have deployed RSS genociders in Jammu, LTTE in Sri Lanka, mukhti bahini in East Pakistan, BLA and talibs in Pakistan - they genuinely think Pakistan hadn't figured them out a long time ago.

Apart from the issue of extremism, India has another major issue: it is a "fake and false news" mega-factory.
Indian journalists now have lost their sanity. They lost their professional credibility long ago. Basically, they are a media circus. Nothing Indian media says or broadcasts can be trusted.
I was shocked to see the amount of hatred towards Pakistan and Pakistanis shown by the Indians on this sad incident.
It has now boomeranged back to the Indians. Where are the chants of terrorism by the Indians now?

this debate over whether the Sydney terrorist attackers were Indian or Pakistani is pointless. Any Indian Muslim who subscribes to the ideology of Islamism is a Pakistani. Even if Pakistan had not been created in 1947, such an ideological Pakistan would still have existed within the boundaries of India.
Just because someone has Indian nationality does not automatically mean he or she is Indian. Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born in India, but was he Indian? No—he was a Pakistani.
