No lol, future COAS will continue to have immunity for life, and deep state strong control over the state/Judiciary. The parliament and PM will be toothless when it comes to major issues. Welcome to real Naya Pakistan 🤣

Not really. This the Gen Zia's Pakistan, now made perfect according to his vision, after the recent amendment.

And the people of Pakistan 🇵🇰 are perfectly "content" with Zia’s Pakistan because they aren’t resisting enough to stop this tyranny that has befallen their homeland — @VCheng

Yes, that is what I say. Social media echo chambers mean nothing.
Except when you’re in democratic countries like US where those social media echo chambers result in actual votes on the ground for the populist president Trump — whom you hate with passion! 🤭

And just what percentage of people is that? Miniscule.
It is easy to gauge in today's world. The statistics lie in viewership, likes and comments for PTI support across SM platforms.
Since 2021, all news in Pakistan revolves around one person IK. See the number of pages compared to PPP and PMLN thread pages.

Yes, as neither Pindi nor Islo care about the public or its sentiments. If they are patriotic, empathetic and concerning they should get the nation's pulse. Pakistanis mean nothing to them, as were Bengalis to Yahya and Co.
Sure, that makes sense. As expected. One cannot bring a peashooter to a machine gun fight and expect to win. You need to develop into a viable adversary first.
Agree.
That is a CLAIM. Where's the evidence?
If you are sensitive to opinions (mW), and then the evidence lies in news, social media, frequent protests, etc. If your gauge is a visible change in the balance of power (W), then the evidence is not there. You can neglect it as a small perturbation.

How is that even possible when you just love calling each & every armed struggle against the illegitimate military rule for "terrorism", "anti-state", "treason"? 🙄

A little offtopic but be GLAD that the security agencies of all kinds do obey order in a country like Pakistan (and many other 3rd world countries) because it is better to have a hundred good people giving rational orders to the security agencies then to have a mob of a security agencies! BTW,that's one of the core doctrines of PTI and Imran fanbois: Because Imran might be personally non-corrupt, the rest will fall in place because he would pick a good team. Evidence is to the contrary of that but the principle is the same.

"Absolutely Not!". ;)

The May 9 Mutiny fell apart. It was a result of gross miscalculations by Imran and Faiz along with some superior Judges and some Generals. But, TBH, Faiz was the biggest of all culprits. Imran fell for his BS but then.... really doesn't matter now.
Apparently both Faiz Hameed and Imran Ahmed Khotakhail were colluding to create mutiny against the army chief while he was on an official visit to a foreign country.

Faiz reportedly provided the list of targets along with related information and arranged some internal support from within the institution.

Mr. Khotakhail provided the agitators and attackers to destroy the targeted military installations.

They were able to cause some damage some installations and parked older planes, disgracing shuhada's monuments, and steeling stuff from some places. Mutiny however never appeared due to the sheer discipline embedded in the institution.

Opinions in social media have proven to be meaningless, and amount to only perturbations thus far. May be this will change. I will wait and see whether PTI can build any sort of momentum from here onwards, or just wither away.

So stupid of him. He was in ISI and yet he was relying on public to attack. Why couldn't he muster 50-100 men to attack and get rid off the top generals sitting in GHQ? The best solution was to invite them to his girl's wedding and arrest them there. Such a naive general.

Opinions in social media have proven to be meaningless…
Unless you’re in a democratic country like US where such opinions actually lead to a change in govt with a populist leader like Trump. 🤭

If only it were that easy. (It is not.)

That was never a realistic hope, and now the consequences of that failed attempt have started arriving…
And where exactly is the evidence of this 9th May "mutiny"? Why don’t you ever ask for "evidence" about things that you already blindly believe in your Bughz-e-Imran? 🙄
