@2:31: "Imran Khan key paas chand namaloom social media waley hein".

That is exactly the problem. Ain't working. Ain't gonna work.

As long PTI makes itself popular and a legend in its own mind inside a few echo chamber, it can never hope to be successful in real life.

Which is exactly what is happening.

The cultits need to step out of the basement and smell the realities outside.

Seriously though, I can see the increasing bitterness and cynicism settling all over PTI land. I suppose it was inevitable, but at some point, I hope they are all able to recover from it gradually.

Hmmm. So you earlier comments were just sarcasm then? :D

What are you even saying man?

Are you one of the guys who believes the CCD statement that a rapist was arrested and during the arrest his gun went off in his waistband and his balls got shot? At least don't insult people's intelligence.

What I am saying is that realization of having failed in their goals is becoming more and more evident. And this is setting off PTI more and more in increasingly irrational ways of lashing out at anything and everything. Just look at the general tone of discourse on such topics on PDF, as an example.

PTI has grossly underestimated the resolve and the capabilities of their opponents. By the time they realize that merely having noble ideals is not going to be enough, it will likely be too late.

That is what I am saying.

Yes, and PTI diehards seem to have already decided who perpetrated this crime of violence, have they not? Quite prematurely and irrationally, I might add, which is what I am pointing out above.

In USA, president can accept Gifts below minimal value (≈$480).
He may buy gifts at fair market price.
Imran Khan had put a high bar and then he accepted several gifts. That is an indefensible act. As I said earlier, everyone knows Sharifs and Zardaris have no moral compass, but IK who had set a high bar, his sin is bigger as he was not supposed to even touch it, whether a rule or not. Rules are for powerful to exploit.
I am not particularly religious but I recall a story from my schooling in Pakistan about one of the Caliphs of 'Riyasat e Medina' was publicly questioned about an expensive cloak's origin he was wearing. So, for Imran to resort to nothing less then 'Riyasat e Medina' and still even think about selling the state's assets, whether fair market value or not, betrays a hypocritical, greedy and opportunistic mind, to say the least!

I firmly believe it was General Asim Munir who personally went to Shehzad Akbar's house and beat him up. No need for the British police to investigate. It is an Open and Shut case!

I firmly believe it was your alter ego @VCheng who personally delivered that infamous US cipher to PM Imran Khan. No need for anyone to actually investigate the contents of the said cipher. It is an Open and Shut case. :D

Once you cheered for MQM and now blindly rally behind the military, defending every action taken against PTI and Imran Khan are far more dangerous than a party that won a sweeping democratic mandate. Yet you insist on calling them cultists, while their own leader sits in jail without a single proven case.
I think you stop acting and thinking like a cultist, and hope you know the definition of cult.
Here is a good definition for you and your type .

Here is a very point by point factual reply, in a most respectful way:

Once you cheered for MQM
^Lie.

now blindly rally behind the military
^Another lie.

defending every action taken against PTI and Imran Khan
^Yet another lie.

The military remains an illegal usurper of power in Pakistan, and it is directly responsible for making, as well as breaking, Imran Khan. 100%.

while their own leader sits in jail

..... as a consequence of his own actions.

hope you know the definition of cult.

Here you go Sir:

A cult is defined as "obsessive, especially faddish, devotion to or veneration for a person, principle, or thing".

This definition fits IK and his followers here PERFECTLY.

==========================================

Now, let us try to remain on topic without lying and ad hominem attacks:

Mr. Akbar recently announced that PTI will again go for muzahemut instead of mufahemut, and promised widespread protests.

Where are they? What happened this time?
