Israel becomes first country to recognise Somaliland

become reality eventually.

All four parts of Kurdistan can never be one stable, peaceful single country.

Barzanis in northern Iraq and Iraqi Kurds will never share their resources with poor displaced Kurds from Syria. They will happily serve the US and Israeli interests alone but they will not share their resources with other Kurds. A single Kurdistan state is not viable. It is not only Turkiye, but Iraq Iran and Syria involved. Turkiye has a base in Iraqi Kurdistan, Iran targets and fires missiles in Erbil whenever they feel like.

Could someone imagine an autonomous Kurdish region in Iraq, with its own government and paramilitary, the same is being planned for Syria. Today it may not look possible but in the future it can be seen a united Syrian/Iraqi Kurdish region. This is what they plan, the Kurdish people are majority extremely nationalists, so the people are ready, the world powers just waiting for the right time.

Could someone imagine an autonomous Kurdish region in Iraq,

You cannot be successful in Iraqi Kurdistan unless you are related to Barzani or Talabani or you pay them. Government employees there do not get paid for months. They may have a parliament, a PM and a president but that is all Barzani in Erbil, Kirkuk Dahuk and Talabani in Sulaymaniyah. People do not give two hoots about other Kurdish region and they certainly would not share their resources / wealth with poor Syrian Kurds etc. In fact give it some time the people from South will change the demography of north.

Kurdish system in Syria (although I reject it) is more institutional. KRG region in Iraq, is a tribal kingdom, everything depends on the tribal head/family/clan/"king". It is either Talabani or Barzani.

@I*R*A there you go,you got your answer. Don't forget that the Barzanis and Talabanis may clash with each other, but they still formed a Kurdish State in Iraq.

Israel wants an airbase there to attack Iran and Yemen houthis. Who knows in future, Saudia Arab as well.

Nope, Saddam pampered them. The politics of center and Kurdistan is very much alive and strong, north cannot do much about it. As I said Barzani would never let go of his kingdom this easily, he is doing well in current setup and independent combined Kurdish country doesn't suit his family and politics. Their system remains protected in staying with South, if they ever breakaway, it won't take long Turkiye to annex them, do not forget Iran.

An independent combined Kurdistan separate country is not a feasible option. Israel and US are already getting what they want from Iraqi Kurdistan.

At some stage Kurds will revolt against these families. Then there is another possibility of clash between conservative and liberal pop of Kurdistan.

Pakistan doesn't recognise this European colony so I suggest we lock this thread.

You know somethings screwed up when the only nation that recognizes Somaliland is Israel. Says it all.............
All these years, not even a single Muslim nation recognized. Not a single Muslim nation. Nobody. And it's Somaliland. Look at their flag. An islamic country.

And suddenly,Israel comes and recognizes it. There's something fishy going on.

Its because powerful Muslim nations support the UN government, they back the rebels, Islamists and terrorists who cooperate with that government, Somalialand knows one day they will have to fight this UN government, so for them its politics to align with anyone who supports and recognises their independence and government. Israel benefits with an ally, the UN government has too many players controlling it including Israel ally Usa, this is perfect ally.

Your open recognition of Israel as a nation is appreciated.

Two nations that rose from the ashes and refuse to be victims.
What victims?! Israel has obliterated Gaza. If you go on Google Earth and check the Gaza strip, the devastation is crazy. It's full of craters.

What victims? Israel has been stealing land from Palestinians in the West Bank for 30 years. What are we even talking about?
