Russians are completely faded and truth be told if they didn't have their oil and gas revenues they would probably have rapidly descended into 3rd world status. Their biggest problem is that they fell for their own bullshit, living off past glories as if they were still relevant today.

The Chinese i guess feel like they are in no rush, they develop and improve their economy and military. However at the end of the day winning anything is going to come down to what you can do on the battlefield and in that sense the Americans are still far far ahead of anyone globally.

The Americans are not going to wait for China to be ready to wage war. They will do it now, before China's advancements take hold and while the USA holds the advantage. War is coming to China very soon. Iran will be next, and then China. Russia has been neutered via Ukraine already.

If this incident is real, there really won't be any obvious action.

The straight-line distance from Russia to Venezuela is 12,427 kilometers. The straight-line distance from China to Venezuela is 16,000 kilometers.

The closest distance from Venezuela to the United States is only 240 kilometers, and the distance between their capitals is 2,700 kilometers.

This distance gap makes it impossible to provide effective assistance.

Thats understandable but im more so saying that both china and russia cant support Venezuela more than words and neither really cares for what happens there.
