Not easily you have to first detect it and get a fire solution it will be only detected in the last 40km, at high subsonic it'll be difficult to shot down.

They will likely be given RoE for targets of opportunity and thus without engaging the bulk of the IN and their ASW assets will be able to keep them on edge and with PAF support including taimoors force them out of arabian sea

JF-17 do not carry RA'AD at centeral pylon but under wings so ground clearance is no issue. Picture of JF-17 with RA'AD-II is posted a member in thread as well
