PAF Conducts Successful Test Launch of Taimoor ALCM

Ground clearance brother it's been discussed before, it's not about source code or anything we can integrate whatever we want on Jeff's
Only block 3s have better ground clearance.
Though @side-winder can shed more light on this matter

if raad can be integrated then i don't think there would be problem with taimoor

The seeker is the new add on which differentiate the RAAD 2 from TAIMOOR except their commonality with the X-shaped tail fins. The RAAD which was seen carrying by the Jeff had the tail which is peculiar to the RAAD 1. It looked smaller and was on the wing pylon of the jeff so carrying 2 of them is possible..

so raad dnt have i dnt know its seeker in front of its mouth while taimoor has . both have fins and wings . Correct me if am wrong
Placement of seeker depends on its type. Because IIR/EO seekers literally see things so they are mounted at nose of missiles be it A2A or A2G. There are many examples. A seeker depended on radar guidance may not be visible but EO/IIR are always visible. If you see the video closely. At the start, Taimoor's seeker is covered but once Mirage start taxing, you can see cover removed. Perhaps that caused confusion.

@Quwa is there a possibility of us using the seeker from the H4s into RAAD/TAIMOOR and this seeker could just be a TV seeker instead of IIR?? and as you mentioned we got MAR 1 for the seeker tech any addition on that?

thanks for the info and correction

But the old interview of Dr Samar speaks about a seeker even in Raad 1. It may be covered initially.
That's why I said from what we've seen. They might have tested some terminal guidance system earlier. I don't see why a nuclear delivery system would require the sort of accuracy that an E/O system provides.

Is it just me or the missile looks too bulky? like as compared to the scalp its huge...
Maybe we are using less efficient turbines, bulky batteries and what not???

Hey mind your language . if you cant answer in manner then simply fk off
Apologies if it came across the wrong way. Let’s keep the discussion technical.

Ra’ad has a conventional nose radome profile. It does not show an EO/IR-style seeker window at the tip like the Taimur which has been seen with an optical dome. That points to a different terminal guidance approach and different target engagement.
