PAF Conducts Successful Test Launch of Taimoor ALCM

Apologies if it came across the wrong way. Let’s keep the discussion technical.

Ra’ad has a conventional nose radome profile. It does not show an EO/IR-style seeker window at the tip like the Taimur which has been seen with an optical dome. That points to a different terminal guidance approach and different target engagement.
in the start of video its seeker is cover as @Bilal already said . also other members also highlight it

May not be a question of "why not JF-17", I think we have special Mirages rigged up for such tests (with monitoring equipment, cameras etc). If this was a test to check the actual missile, integration tests with different aircraft may well come later

What I meant was, considering Dr Samar’s interview to be true. Maybe in the earlier versions it was covered by nose cone , which would jettison off near target to expose the EO seeker.

In Taimoor, the cover is removed right before the aircraft takeoff, probably manually.

helps that we can modify mirage without outside help
