How are they going to trial Maduro with the blatant fake proofless claims of narcotics/cartel without blatantly corrupting the judges?

For Saddam there were real reasons for the judges to condemn him to death (mass killings of Iraqis with proofs), but for Maduro there is literally nothing that comes with a proof

They took Saddam to trail and found him guilty for killing over a hundred Shia Iraqis from a shia village where Saddam had escaped an attack on his motorcade in 1981. Umm...nope. The US simply doesn't have the capacity to replenish that quickly....its been 6 months, the production rate is 75 a yr, tops....they will ramp up to about 100, but even then, it's 100! How many strikes will it take to deplete that number in an intense exchange? Answer: not that many.
