Try with Oman and Mauritania/Western Sahara.
The Arab world is 30-40% larger than China.

You started the comparison and dick measuring contest. I am not interested in that. The topic was China.
You were writing nonsense with all due respect. I just asked several AI models, and they all say that the length of China (West to East) is 5200. The length from Morocco to Iraq in a straight line is 8000 km. Almost the double.
BTW Tibet, Xinjiang (West of China and half of China's geography) was inhabited by non-Han Chinese. That might equal Arabs using the length of the Muslim world. Any way this is irrelevant.
The Arab world was in the same state as China, probably even worse due to being RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the last 500 years of world supreme power (Europe). Europe's largest border is literally with the Arab world just across the tiny Mediterranean Sea.
You first had contact with the Europeans many millennia later and you saw the destructive impact they had on China.
It is this stupid logic of "China's focus is on developing first". You think that the US would be anything other than a strange mismatch of African slaves, a few small British colonies and settlements mixed with Spanish and French ones (colonial) if they had this logic?
You need to act whenever the opportunity arrises and not be this passive while your allies or potential allies are falling apart.
Not only is it stupid in terms of your potential influence it sends the wrong signal to potential Chinese allies and partners.
What do you think Arab states, who are thinking of whether to "abandon the US/Western horse" and jump on a Chinese one, think, when they see what occurred in Venezuela, Iran and elsewhere where pro-Chinese regimes were in power and the subsequent Chinese silence?
Arabs, once again, are irrelevant here, we are divided into 20 + nations, war torn, divided and not yet enjoying full peace, unity or full development across the board for 100's of various reasons.
I could be from Finland or Mongolia for all it matters, argue the arguments and stay on topic.
The topic is Venezuela and Madura, a Chinese ally, being kidnapped by the US with China doing nothing to prevent it and in general being passive again.
It is a bad outlook. It is not an attack on you personally or any other Chinese person.
I simply don't see why potential Chinse allies should be trusting your current government that it will come to their aid.
Which is why I am personally happy that KSA is not aligned with any superpower fully or in any treaty with anybody but cleverly plays out and takes advantage of every relevant power for our own benefits while trying to maintain cordial ties with everyone.
And no, being a US ally is not always ideal either, often that is more dangerous than being an enemy but again, the topic was China/Venezuela/Maduro, not anything else.
