We need not need to learn from the Jews, when we have the most perfect of examples. How come you set your standard to such a low level ?

One of the most prominent things I observe from Muslims in this Gaza war is just the utter hopelessness that comes out from their minds. As if their situation will stay that way forever and there's no other option but to surrender to fate

If early Muslims had this kind of mentality then the religion of Islam would spread far and wide. If Gaza is starved, so does our prophet during the siege of Medina. In fact such was the siege that our prophet had to tie a rock in his belly. It is during this time in Medina, in a small mud town, besieged on all sides by infidel Arabs and treacherous Jews that the prophet made 4 grand promises:

  1. The opening of the Levant
  2. The opening of Egypt
  3. The opening of Persia
  4. The opening of Constantinople, the seat of the mighty Roman empire.
If the Sahaba has that 21st-century Muslim mentality they would have laughed to such grand promise while being besieged and starved in tiny mud town Medina.

The first 3 were completed just a mere 2 years after his death, while the fourth would wait for another 8 centuries.

What makes you think that Israel will stay that way forever? What makes you think that the West where Israel sourced its power will stay dominant in the next centuries? Already the West has shown the kind of symptoms that past empires showed just right before they collapsed. Just 50 years ago, the idea that the Soviet Union would be gone would have been laughable, where is the Soviet Union now?

What makes you think that America will stay a superpower for the next 20,50,100 years ? What makes you think that in the next 50 or so years there will be no Muslim country that comes up as an advanced industrial society or even becoming a nuclear state? What are the chances that in these Muslim lands covering from Morocco to the Philippines, there will be a competent Islamic leader, unlike Bin Salman, Bin Zayed, or whomever is in power in Islamic countries r8 now?

How can we be such a defeatist when Rome has not yet been conquered, even though the prophet has said that indeed Rome will be under our foot? That is just a small glimpse of hope, surely when you talk about Rome, a conquest couldn't have been done with the state of the Muslims finds themselves now. So there's a hint that Islam would eventually rebound, just like many civilizations has rebounded before

Thauban reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:

Allah drew the ends of the world near one another for my sake. And I have seen its eastern and western ends. And the dominion of my Ummah would reach those ends

I like your post. It does give hope when reading it, but when you glance away and look at the faces of our ill-boded leaders in the Islamic World, you have a dark cloud that surrounds you. Look no further than the sole Islamic nuclear power, Pakistan. Men moved aside and stepped behind a non-binary child and proclaimed him their leader; you have thieves and porn directors being heads of states within Pakistan. You have a dirty Sanchez as Army Chief who sends men to houses to harass females, and he claims to be of Syed lineage.

The Sahaba during Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) time were men of valor, disciplined, and stood their ground. While the early years were tough, later on, they fought together, and when one hurt, they came to help. They are rolling in their graves right now, looking at the state of over a billion Muslims who can even airdrop aid properly; news out it was a UAE aid drop that killed five people on the ground.

You will need radical change to set things right; sadly, I do not see it. Another aspect you need to remember is that the West controls vast amounts of resources, and through financial muscling, they can wreck economies. The Islamic World can't create, develop, and manufacture anything important, and I have yet to see its modern-day significance.

US to set up temporary port on Gaza coast for aid delivery

The US military will construct a port in Gaza to get more humanitarian aid into the territory by sea, President Joe Biden has announced.

The temporary port will increase the amount of humanitarian assistance to Palestinians by "hundreds of additional truckloads" per day, officials say.

However, Mr Biden said the initiative will not include US troops on the ground in Gaza.
The UN warns that a quarter of the population is on the brink of famine.
The president made the official announcement during his State of the Union address on Thursday.

He said the port, which will be built by the US military, will involve a temporary pier to transport supplies from ships at sea to the shore.
It is not clear who will build the causeway or secure the aid on land, meaning crucial questions about whether the operation can succeed remain unanswered.

The port will take "a number of weeks" to set up, officials have said, and will be able to receive large ships carrying food, water, medicine and temporary shelters. Initial shipments will arrive via Cyprus, where Israeli security inspections will take place.

"A temporary pier will enable a massive increase in the amount of humanitarian assistance getting into Gaza every day," President Biden said.
He added that Israel must "do its part" by allowing more aid to enter into the territory and to "ensure that humanitarian workers aren't caught in the crossfire".

"Humanitarian assistance cannot be a secondary consideration or a bargaining chip."
Israel's military launched an air and ground campaign in Gaza after Hamas's attacks on Israel on 7 October, in which around 1,200 people were killed and 253 others were taken hostage.
More than 30,800 people have been killed in Gaza since then, the territory's Hamas-run health ministry says.
The conflict has created a growing humanitarian crisis. The World Health Organization (WHO) warned this week that children were dying of starvation in northern Gaza, where an estimated 300,000 Palestinians are living with little food or clean water.
Gaza has no deep water port and so the US has for weeks been looking at ways to get shiploads of aid in urgently, while the administration has publicly ramped up its pressure and increasingly shown in public its impatience with Israel over the desperate situation on the ground.

US officials told the BBC's US partner, CBS, that there are plans for the pier to be installed by an army unit called the 7th Transportation Brigade, based at Fort Story, Virginia.
The brigade is designed for rapid deployment, but the military ships have not yet left the US, the officials said.
Vice Adm Kevin Donegan, who was formerly Commander of the US Navy's Fifth Fleet - the most senior US naval commander in the Middle East - told BBC Radio 4's World Tonight programme that the port plan was "absolutely executable".
However, he said delivering aid by land was still the most effective way, in terms of being able to get as many goods in as possible.

Vice Adm Donegan also cautioned that having "security and a good distribution network" would be critical for the safe delivery of aid from the port, referencing the more than 100 people who were killed trying to reach an aid convoy. last week, amid the growing desperation.
Palestinians said most were shot by Israeli troops. The Israeli military, which was overseeing the private aid deliveries, said most were killed in a stampede.

Aid lorries have been entering the south of Gaza through the Egyptian-controlled Rafah crossing and the Israeli-controlled Kerem Shalom. But the north, which was the focus of the first phase of the Israeli ground offensive, has been largely cut off from assistance in recent months.
On 20 February, the World Food Programme (WFP) said it was suspending food deliveries to northern Gaza because its first aid convoys in three weeks had endured "complete chaos and violence due to the collapse of civil order", including violent looting.
The US and other nations have resorted to dropping aid in by air - but humanitarian organisations say that method is a last resort and can't meet the soaring need.
An independent UN expert on Thursday accused Israel of mounting "a starvation campaign against the Palestinian people in Gaza".

"The images of starvation in Gaza are unbearable and you are doing nothing," Michael Fakhri, UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, said in a speech to the UN Human Rights Council.
Yeela Cytrin, a legal adviser at the Israeli mission to the UN, said "Israel utterly rejects allegations that it is using starvation as a tool of war", before walking out in protest.
During his State of the Union address, President Biden also said that he was "working nonstop" to achieve an immediate six-week ceasefire - a deal he said would "get the hostages home and ease the intolerable humanitarian crisis, and build toward something more enduring".
A Hamas delegation left talks in Cairo without a deal for a ceasefire in Gaza, but the armed group says indirect negotiations with Israel are not over.

It had been hoped that a 40-day truce could be in place for the start of the Islamic month of Ramadan next week.
But Egyptian and Qatari mediators have struggled to seal a deal that would see Hamas free Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinians held in Israeli jails.

This is my most fruitless endeavor to elicit positive emotions from Arab and non-Arab American Muslims. This will be a floating pier mostly to deliver aid. The appropriate way would have been to use the land route or the Israeli port not far from Gaza.

At this rate, the U.S. might as well bomb Gaza.

“A religious war,” according to a senior rabbi.“Do not remain alive in Gaza.” Even children and women!!He is Rabbi Eliyahu Mali, head of the Biblical religious institute “Yeshivah Shirat Moshe” in Jaffa. He incited massacres against the residents of Gaza, considering that according to Jewish law all residents of Gaza must be killed. When asked about the elderly and children, he replied that “the same applies to them.” ".He said it was a “religious war,” and that “the basic law in a religious war, and in this case in Gaza, is that ‘you shall not be left alive’ (Deuteronomy), and if you do not kill them, they will kill you. Today’s saboteurs are the children of the previous military operation.” "The ones I kept alive. And women are practically the ones who give birth to the saboteurs."

I have been saying this since day one: we are in a religious war.

Not forgetting it will take potentially 4 r
To 6 weeks where the chance of anyone needing aid will be zero as they will probably be all dead

They have invented another way of killing of Palestinians.

And how is this overly bad news? Our prophet has told us in this famous hadith:

"Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills. Then Caliphate (Khilafah) on the lines of Prophethood shall commence, and remain as long as Allah wills. Then corrupt/erosive monarchy would take place, and it will remain as long as Allah wills. After that, despotic kingship would emerge, and it will remain as long as Allah wills. Then, the Caliphate will once again return on the pattern of Prophethood."

So we had:

Age of prophethood- passed
Age of Caliphate in the lines of Prophethood (Khulafaur Rasyidin) -passed
Age of Monarchy (Umayyad, Abbasid, Ottomans) -passed
Age despotic kings- we're here
Age of the return of the Caliphate -soon

You see around you, in Muslim lands, ruled by crooks, dictators, people with characteristics of Zalim. And you realize we're already in the 4th phase (phase of Mulkan Jabariyyan) and as the days passed, we're moving closer and closer to the 5th and final phase.

So why bother with who is in power? These people are there as Allah wills, and they will go as Allah wills, do not pre-occupy yourself with what you can't control

In fact, Gaza is the microcosm of this leadership, you see them openly allying with Israel, having concerts and all sorts of festivals while their Muslim brethren starved to death and you realize that indeed the promise of the prophet is true and we will move eventually to the fifth and final phase.

I mean just look at the Saudis, having the time of their lives watching F1 while people in Gaza starve. I swear to god, the Europeans have more Al Wala wal Bara than these Saudis

The Sahaba is special because they were there during the low times of Islam, they were there when Islam boycotted in Mecca, were there when Islam besieged and starved in Medina.

Generally speaking, now looking that Islam has no protectors, this generation is as special as that of the Sahaba if it chooses so. In fact, t could even be more than special.

I was narrated by Anas bin Malik:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I wish I could meet my brothers.” The companions of the Prophet said, “Are we not your brothers?” The Prophet said, “You are my companions, but my brothers are those who have faith in me yet they never saw me.”

Isn't that us? We never saw the prophet, yet we fought for him and the sanctity of his religion.

So why bother who is in power and how are these people in power not doing anything wrt Gaza ?

Do what you can prefer less complaint, Allah do the rest

Airdrops that supplied a single meal to less than 2% of Gazans, while killing 5 of them, and now this stupid temporary port idea that will take many weeks to construct are just cynical PR stunts by this shameless US government.

Gazans are starving now and there may not be that many left once this port is in operation. How is the aid going to be distrbuted without a ceasefire and the organisation skills of UNRWA?

Zionists will still be inspecting and giving the clearance for every piece of aid allowed into Gaza and so they will still block and obstruct on a whim.

What exactly is the point when the occupiers of Palestine still have a veto on what gets in???

Caliphate is basically Democratic system

Caliphate System is actually democracy, the system to select the leader. So now we have seen some Muslim democracy appearance (Indonesia, Turkey, etc), some thing that is started since Abu Bakar, Umar, Ustman, Ali and then vanished and replaced by Kingdomship where the succession based on the blood and not merit and consultation

Read Abu Bakar biography from respected Egyptian Historian Muhammad Haikal then you will know it......

I’m actually shocked that they think by building a make shift port in 6 weeks is a positive step? Literally a whole land will be wiped out but hey let’s provide Israel with some more funds and bullets - ridiculous

I am a simple person and do not understand the point of this.

Our Zionist friends are being difficult in delivering the aid through the current routes and so we will spend 4-6 weeks creating a new temporary port, but they still get to inspect every single package before we can deliver to a beach in Gaza???

Why would they be more accomodating to allowing aid in by inspecting in Cyprus than the borders of Gaza itself?

If these people served in China they would be executed publicly

Serving a foreign nation is considered treason in China and it comes with the death penalty

This is why China has 45,000 km of high speed railway and USA has ZERO
