dnt know how it could beneficial when we convert loan money to sell jet . any one care to explain it

Basically Pakistan will sell KSA X numbers of JF-17's, so at least it doesn't look like a loan (on paper), these jets will be station in KSA operated by PAF pilots while KSA pilots are being trained, this will also be a cover to have some Pakistani military presence in KSA but this time with Fighter jets which PAF already have good experience with. It won't be much but it will give KSA an additional layer of security, PAF pilots are good and KSA knows it well and with JF stationed in KSA it won't be a issue for America and Ijrael.

We seem to be in JF17 heaven lately.

If there are any truths to SA buying JF17 I am curious to understand what requirements it will fulfill for the SA Airforce, is it to replace the tornados and to link up airforce infrastructure between Pak and SA airforces.

Converting loans into a fighter jet deal is interesting too, helps both parties. Pak can charge the usual rate for the planes but will make a profit for its share which reduces the amount of hard cash to pay. SA get an asset it can utilise and with the whole region in turmoil there is a greater need for interoperability.

Saudis are not buying anything from brown folks even if it was a UFO.
There is a cultural affliction for western things that goes into "i WANT TO BE THEM".
You cannot fix that.

Even if potentially any grifting and side dealings by Pakistanis are to be dwarfed with what western suppliers might do.
